Two-story loft on leafy Spring Street with large windows, a spiral staircase, office space, home theater, oversized tub and access to a furnished rooftop with a great view of the city. The building is a short walk from Whole Foods, Clifton's, Ace Hotel, the metro and dozens of other fantastic restaurants and bars.
Situated in the heart of the Historic Core, this 12th-floor loft condominium has four rooms: (1) the large high-ceilinged main room with home theater (a 120-inch projection screen lowers automatically from above) and full kitchen (with dishwasher!); (2) the office (50-100Mbps Wi-Fi); (3) the recently remodeled, marble-tiled bathroom with an oversized oval bathtub; and (4) up the spiral staircase, the bedroom, which has two closets, shelves and a hidden laundry area with washer and dryer. A glass railing and curtains separate the bedroom from the main room below, providing an exceptionally quiet sleeping area.
Fully furnished, the loft features two couches, an oak bed with drawers, a drafting table and all the kitchenware, dishes and appliances needed to make the space your temporary home. You'll also have access to the rooftop for evening city lights gazing.
ACCESS & SECURITY:
You'll have the entire loft to yourself, with ample closet, drawer and shelf space. A second mezzanine is off-limits (please don't climb the steel ladder), but you're free to roam anywhere else. I'll provide directions for using the HD projection system. Also, it should be noted that the building has friendly 24-hour security, and you'll have a fob or key card to enter off the street.
