The spacious living area features large windows, soaring ceilings, and brick-style flooring. Relax between two sofas, a love seat, and a wicker armchair with ottoman for a movie night on the flat screen TV (the only one in the home).
For a little quiet time, retire to the intimate second living area furnished with a futon couch and two sitting chairs.
Come dinnertime, prep your meal in the sunlit kitchen with gleaming, all-white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator. Serve dinner in the formal dining area, where a polished wood table seats six, or dine al fresco on the large screened lanai -- accessible via sliding glass doors and outfitted with a four-person glass table.
Outdoors, you can take a dip in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, or sprawl out on a lounge chair—all set within a gated area surrounded by lush, tropical foliage.
Four separate bedrooms offer sleeping for eight.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead overhead and two other removable showerheads.
Two more side-by-side bedrooms feature queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
This rental also has a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination near the living area.
During your stay, you’ll have complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and access to beach chairs, an umbrella, and two bicycles. There are also three parking spaces on the gravel driveway.
All leases of this property require a 31-day minimum term.
