Classy 3/3 1500 SF Cabin Great Location Well Appointed Walk to Waldens Creeks

NEW rental May 2017!! 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Charming Cabin in quiet area. 2 King Masters one up one down and a Queen Bed Down. Waldens Creek accessible from common area. Modern cabinesque decor throughout with plenty of room. Large bedrooms and well furnished living area (2 large sofas and a love seat large ottoman). Rates are based on an occupancy of 6. This is an exceptionally well appointed and well furnished cabin. Cabin is only 5 minutes off the parkway, and is in a pastoral setting surrounded by the foothills. The cabin is easy to reach and there is no thru traffic in the area. Its in an ideal location to just hang out or use a base camp for your daily adventures.

There is cable and true high speed wifi at the house for those that want (or have) to be connected. We passed on some homes that had satellite only as it is data limited and unreliable. The kitchen is spacious and has all the amenities and appliances necessary for a more than comfortable stay. We use green friendly nonstick cookware , and there should be enough of everything for everyone.

The area is kid friendly due to the low volume traffic and there is open space around the cabin. The elementary school playground is a one minute drive no way they are going to miss seeing it on the way in:). Our rates are based on an occupancy of 6. Additional people are $20 per person per day. We provide extra pillows and some throws for the sofas. They are pretty comfy (i know as i bunked on one while preparing this cabin).

Our cabin is white glove clean and then some. We believe in a lot better than hotel clean and do not use services but hire individuals that make a living wage. We often get comments on the cleaning in our reviews (we dont have any on this cabin yet as it is new for us we lost our cabin here in the Nov fire but we have retained the people who helped us make it a success). All are beds and pillows are protected from pests and moisture to ensure cleanliness.

About Ken Bowles

We purchased this home in February after we lost our chalet in the fire of November 28. Although we may rebuild we have chosen this home in the interim. Things are a little crazy and visually impacted on the mountain and we decided to wait.

We felt this was well suited for rental and in a great location. Its about 5 minutes to the parkway and away from some of the hustle and bustle and on a loop so there is not constant traffic.

What makes this cabin unique

Spacious well laid out cabin in a great area. The foothills around are nice and the creek is about a one minute walk and adjoins the common area property to the south. It s pretty quiet here not jammed full of rentals so a little quieter than many areas.

Very nice

I was pleasantly surprised at how much space we actually had inside when I first saw the outside of the house. It was well furnished and conveniently tucked away from the hustle and bustle. I would definitely stay here again!

Felt Like Home! Very Nice!

If you are looking for a cabin in the wilderness- this is not your place.

If you want a clean, comfortable, spacious home in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the hustle and bustle that is Pigeon Forge- do not pass this up.

Our group included 3 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough room to accommodate us. The beds were comfortable. Each room had a dresser and a closet, plenty of storage. Our teens slept on the couches (the only room with a Tv) and still no complaints. With 3 showers we had no issues getting ready each morning, and never ran out of hot water. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed (except aluminum foil), we even baked a cake during our stay! If you need to stay connected, the wifi was quick and reliable.

To say it felt like home would be an understatement. Above all else, the homeowner was great to work with. He was quick to reply to any questions we had and made the process simple. What you see is what you get! If we were ever in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate booking!
