Ultra Convenient 3 Bd Highlands Home - Great Loc!

Convenient Highlands 3 bedroom with high ceilings(sleeps 8 comfortably, can sleep up to 10). Very fun space! Easy access to downtown Denver.

This highlands home has everything you need nearby: restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shop, ice cream shop, dispensary, wine and spirits. Also includes plenty of onsite parking, washer/dryer and outdoor grill.

Newly remodeled in May of 2017! New paint, carpet, and tile flooring throughout the property (except the mudroom at the back entrance). Entire bathroom is brand new! Brand new 2017 appliances (except dishwasher is 2014) All furniture and mattresses/linens are also brand new as of May 2017.

The Lodo neighborhood and Coors field are about 2 miles away, so walkable in a pinch, but a very short uber/lyft ride away.

There are four things you should carefully consider before staying at this property.

1) curb appeal : The front yard of this property is for parking. The property has restaurants on either side, which is great in many ways, but we don't want to pretend that our curb appeal is inline with other single family homes. If the appearance of the outside of the house from the street is important to you, you may be disappointed. As of this writing, the restaurants close at 9pm and aren't generally loud or distracting, they tend to be busier at lunch time.

2) single bathroom : While this is a 3 bedroom with a sofa sleeper in the living room, and generally is spacious enough for 9 people, it unfortunately has a single bathroom. Please have a plan for showers/etc. To help with this issue, we have mirrors in the bedrooms right by electric outlets and other mirrors elsewhere in the property, so there is no need to use the bathroom for purposes requiring a mirror.

3) Security features. Motion detection security lights at front/back entrances and side of building. Wifi security camera at front entrance(pointed outward). Brand new smoke/carbon-monoxide detectors as of May 2017(installed by professional electricians). Security bars on some windows.

4) Air-conditioning : We do provide air-conditioning in the form of in-window units. The property does stay cool, but the air-conditioners in the windows may generate some noise.

HOW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BECAME MY PASSION: Because our growing family needed more space, we decided to rent out our two homes near downtown and move out to the suburbs. I found myself enjoying hosting so much that I was eventually asked by friends with rentals to help manage theirs. As someone who travels quite a bit, I incorporate my high level of standards of what I expect in a nice hotel into all of our homes. My ultimate goal and passion is to help our guests get as much out of their visit as possible, as there's just so much to offer in this unique and beautiful city. We really hope you enjoy our homes as much as we do. *I have contracted a translator for French and Spanish speaking guests to help arrange accommodations, if needed.

This is a great place near lots of fun things to do. We decorated this house to best accommodate groups/families who are looking to enjoy the Denver area. Close to main freeways, trendy "Lohi" and Highlands area, a quick Uber ride downtown, and easy access to head towards the mountains for a ski or hiking day.

                                        The house is clean and well decorated. Having parking was convenient and it was also convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The neighborhood is "up and coming", all the windows have bars which made us feel safe, but a little imprisoned. It's not an easy place to stay without access to a car/uber/lyft. It's doable but not easy.
