After my husband & I had spent numerous ski vacations with our family @ destination ski resorts we followed the advice of local coloradians....'Before you buy, look @ Winter Park'. We did....& haven't looked back. Winter Park is a small friendly town with a World Class Resort! We purchased our town home because we are walking distance to the resort and we have a $1M VIEW....we couldn't find the same high quality or type anywhere else!
LOCATION! Walking Distance to base - Spectacular VIEW - 7 person private hot tub - complimentary WiFi! - gourmet kitchen & utensils (spices even provided) - Natural Gas Grill (no tanks to deal with..ugh!) - unique...ALL mattresses are protected with Clean & Rest covers, Pillows covered as well - Full Washer & Dryer (detergent provided). As a guest, you receive our undivided attention as we ONLY manage one Colorado property. We are "on call" the minute you arrive until the minute you depart! We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Winter Park at this home. Maggie is amazing to work with and so knowledgeable of the home and the Winter Park area. It was perfect for 2 families and situated directly across from Winter Park near the ski school. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Thanks so much for providing the perfect home for our spring break ski trip!
We had 3 families, 6 adults and 5 kids. The place handled us very well. The place was very nice and a pleasure to stay in. We had a beautiful view of the slopes from the living room and because there is a second family room downstairs, the kids hung out down there while the adults were upstairs. Really worked out perfectly.
The owner was very helpful and responsive. She made sure that all of our accommodations were perfect.
Stunning home! Super close to Winter Park base. Maggie was a pleasure working with. Excellent communication. Everything we needed was right there on hand. I will definitely be returning in the future, and will be recommending her to friends and family.
We couldn't have been happier with this house for our ski trip. It had amazing views of the mountain and enough space for our entire group. We used the shuttle service the entire trip, which worked adequately for getting to the mountain in the morning and to restaurants at night. I'd recommend having groceries delivered if you're not renting a car since the Safeway is a long bus trip away. The hot tub is large and offers the same great views of the mountain. Maggie is a great host and always responded to questions quickly. Don't hesitate to book this rental.
Not only is this home in the perfect location, but it has all of the upgrades and finishes to make this the best getaway! The bedding and furnishings are comfy and cozy. The kitchen has all of the amenities to ensure your home-cooked meals are perfect. To top it all off, Maggie was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable with her home even before we got there! We will definitely be renting this unit again - thanks, Maggie!
This house is warm, clean, has everything you need for your WInter Park stay. Maggie is extremely responsive and helpful. We appreciate her attention to detail in terms of instructions on how to care for the house, as well as making it easy to find everything. The house has amazing acoustics which insulate sleeping quarters well from living quarters. Beds and sheets were clean and ready-made. The hot tub was excellent after a day of skiing/boarding, and was clean. You can walk to the mountain from the house easily, although we found parking every day nearby, or would use the shuttle. On Christmas Eve, the house has a spectacular view of the mountain and the light show (and fireworks) were amazing. We are exciting to come back to this rental!
