Comfortable and cozy.

This house is perfect. Mudroom for your clothes and shoes before you head into the main house. Plenty of space for many people and multiple couples. Walking distance from the village. This is the best place to stay if you're planning to visit Tahoe. Owner is courteous, easy to work with.and is communication. I won't look elsewhere when I come back to Tahoe.

Wonderful Mountain Getway

  • 5 of 5

We spent a week here and it was a wonderful experience. The house is a great size for multiple couples, group of friends and/or families. The bedrooms are a nice size, there is plenty of room for clothing and gear and the beds are actually comfortable!! The bathrooms are updated and spacious. The best place is the kitchen and living room which is open, allowing for a great space for group dinners and hanging out.

It is a short drive or walk down to the Village which offers a wide range of activities including hiking, biking, yoga, spa services and fun bars and restaurants. After a fun filled day, there is nothing better than returning to the house and having a beer around the firepit on the deck.

Would highly recommend booking this property. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Squaw house for year-round Tahoe fun!

  • 5 of 5

This is a great house and particularly suited for large groups. Has everything you'd want: upper and lower decks with great views of Squaw, hot tub, grill, gas fire pit, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to socialize, cook and relax up after a long day of skiing, biking, boating or hiking (location is perfectly situated for all of it!). Clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. One huge benefit is that there's tons of parking (five spots), which can be rare in Olympic Valley, so perfect for mixed groups arriving at different times or doing different activities. Great house in a great location! Highly recommended!

About Damon

We're active mountain people who love this valley and know you will too. We were married on Tahoe's west shore and bought this house together shortly after. We spend a lot of time in this house and find it really tough to have a bad day when staring at our gorgeous views. We hope you will agree.

Damon purchased this house in 2015

Why Damon chose Olympic Valley

We both grew up spending lots of family time in the Tahoe area and have being skiing Squaw together for almost 10 years. We had our son on skis by 12 months old and hope he loves it as much as we do.

What makes this house unique

We were driving by this house one day and saw the for sale sign and my wife yelled for me to stop. Then she jumped out and ran up the stairs to the deck and we fell in love with it right away. We love entertaining on that huge deck and sit for hours by the fire just staring at mountains and sipping wine. Tough to beat!
