After the new airport was built, Denver re-purposed 5000 acres of land into a sustainable, walkable neighborhood with one third of the land reserved for parks and greenways, one of which I live adjacent to.

Very clean and comfortable felt like home away from home
Really enjoyed was a first time user and was unsure of how I would like it. There were a couple of minor uncontrolable issue but were quickly answered and resolved by the host. Highly recommended property near shops and restaurants, free parking, and neighborhood is quiet and safe feeling.
The Stapleton neighborhood of Denver is located in the Northeast part of the city with quick access to DIA and downtown via RTD or car. The property is less than a mile from the RTD Station with ample parking. Within the neighborhood is a large selection of restaurants along with the new Stanley Marketplace that houses retail stores, brew pubs, restaurants, a yoga studio, ice cream, and much more. www.stanleymarketplace.com The town center is also close in proximity to the property. There are two grocery stores near by, a recreation center with indoor pool, parks, 5 outdoor pools, Sunday farmers market and evening concerts and events. This is a vibrant neighborhood with so many things to do. Between Stapleton and downtown are many attractions including The Denver Zoo and the Science Museum. 15 minutes from the property is The Denver Botanic Gardens and Cherry Creek North an upscale shopping and restaurant destination.
