Completely immersed in the protected area of the Argentario, surrounded by more than two hectares of natural parkland bordering the sea, 'Cannelle House' is the perfect place to unwind from the stress of the city.
The villa, built in 1964 has been consistently maintained and restored to combine comfort with the atmosphere of understated Tuscan simplicity and enhance the close contact with the nature that surrounds it.
The villa comes with all accessories, bright fresh and very welcoming.
House Cannelle enchants every visitor with its simplicity.
The rent of this luxurious property includes entry to the nearby 'Club le Cannelle' which offers, in addition to the beautiful and exclusive seaside, swimming pool, catering for members only and a romantic restaurant and bar on the beach.
For those who enjoy tennis, upon request, you can subscribe to the nearby 'Campone Tennis Club' reserved only for residents of Cannelle. Above our property, the club has clay courts and a football pitch that overlooks a breathtaking view.
Casa Cannelle has two floors. On the ground floor, in the cooler evenings, a large fireplace warms the living room, and an upright piano heats the hearts of music lovers. The living room opens to the dining room and the garden and continues with the heart of the home: the ample fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and entertaining friends.
Upstairs the three bedrooms are equipped with, such as guest apartment on the first floor, with romantic wrought iron beds and the comfort of air conditioning. Still upstairs, you will find two bathrooms with handmade Tuscan tiles and an attic with an extendable ladder that completes the sleeping area. Each room has independent access to a large terrace overlooking the Saracen tower.
The house has a proper and fast wi-fi connection, a fax, a printer, as well as TV with Sky satellite channels and a stereo. The heating system is autonomous, both solar and diesel.
Two annex with separate entrance complete our estate.
The first, surrounded by olive trees, is just a hundred feet from the house, has a double bed and a bathroom with shower and is only available on request.
The second annex, adjacent to the house, is more spartan and is intended for use servitude, 2 places in bunk bed and bathroom with shower.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden of hydrangeas, two pine groves, and the olive trees that with their silvery reflections gave the name to the mountain. Depending on the season the kitchen garden fills the house with his scents of lemon and rosemary.
Two outside dining tables welcome guests, on the veranda overlooking the Saracen tower for morning breakfast, and the evening around the long refectory, where you can cook meals on the barbecue of the patio.
There are many perfect locations for relaxation in the garden, a swing chair under the cedars or the gazebo overlooking the sea, along the private road leading to the 'secret beach', a small, isolated rocky cove just below the house, where you can enjoy sea and privacy.
