The original developers customized, a rare-to-find Shores single level Villa ( no guests above you) Villa with a large wrap-around lanai along the 13th fairway to take in fabulous sunsets. Our Villa #19 has master 3 ensuites plus a 4th bedroom loft with over 3400 sqft of Hawaiian indoor/outdoor living (2500 interior/900 lanai). Enjoy updated 2016 modern sophistication in a quiet, tropical setting.

Elegantly and comfortably appointed, as you walk through double doors in the entry, the veined Peruvian "Machu Picchu" brushed stone floors open to the great room with views of the golf course and palm trees giving you the feeling it is a single-family home. The villa has two large master suites separated for total privacy by the great room, dining, and kitchen areas. The 3rd master suite is a luxuriously appointed Ohana. The loft includes a den area as well 2 twin beds. The great room spills out to the large wrap around lanai with a private tropical feel. Our Villa 19 amenities include: free broadband internet WiFi, living room 70" smart TV, 50" TV each master bedroom, lanai BBQ, free US and Canadian telephone, a washer/dryer, central air conditioning (to 76 degrees), hair dryer, beach chairs/beach towels and free private dedicated carport parking.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is nestled around the beautiful crescent-shaped white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay. Many water-sports are available from this magnificent beach. The tranquil, warm water offers windsurfing, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, dive trips, etc. The King's and new Queen’s Shops, within walking distance, offer world-class dining and shopping. A full-scale gourmet grocery store is available at the Queen’s Shops. Swim with dolphins, whale watch (December to April), play golf, go to a traditional luau, all within the resort.

Our family descended on Villa 19 at The Shores and were very pleased with everything about the premises We all found our seperate spaces and also found all the beach "toys" which were used by all. The proximity of the pool was a great advantage and my grandchildren spent countless hours keeping cool The mid stay cleaning that was done was excellentptionally well done by two very hard working folk who should be commended A very pleasant way to embark on what no doubt will be many uses of VRBO accommodation

A beautiful condo. Really upscale. Right across the street from the communal pool. The larger lanai looked out over the golf course. The on-line property description was accurate--including the fact that the A/C could not go below 75. Cooler would have been much better. The unit was clean and obviously well maintained. We would definitely recommend this property to others. A bigger problem than the 75 degree minimum thermostat setting was a shortage of cooking utensils (pots and pans, etc.)

My favorite spot at this rental was on the lanai with a cup of coffee overlooking the golf course. It was peaceful and serene. The condo was clean and had great amenities. Lots of beach gear and chairs were available for us to use, and the pool was close to the condo. Plenty of seating for my party of 8, indoor and outdoor. Appliances are new. Management staff was always quick to respond to an email. It was a great home away from home for a week. Would rent again for the next vacation.

This was the 2nd time we have rented a place from Lionel & Co and it was wonderful! We were 2 couples, my 73 year old dad and 9 year old niece and this was the perfect fit. My dad loved the studio, or "casita" as they are known here in TX. It gave him privacy and quiet, so he could sleep in. In the main house, the 2 HUGE guest rooms were on opposite sides, so they allowed for lots of privacy. My niece had the loft and loved it. The house was just as pictured and was clean upon our arrival. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make family dinners. An electric grill is provided, but when cooking for 6, you might need a larger grill, which is located steps away, outside of the pool. We spent so much time sitting out on the lanai watching the sunsets and just enjoying the peace and quiet. The location of this villa is perfect- it's a quick walk to the Hilton and to the Queen's Marketplace. We also ate at Tropic's Alehouse one night, which was very good and it is located right outside of the front gates. If you are a golfer, make sure to play the Beach course- it is amazing! We played twice and had a great time! If you are looking for a perfect place for a family vacation, look no further!
