A beachfront condo that can sleep 8 people—and a small dog to boot? No, you’re not dreaming: Treasure Island 2108 offers all that and more, including free WiFi and a balcony with chaises, rockers, and a dining table. Watch dolphins frolicking in the blue-green Gulf of Mexico while savoring your morning coffee; time your alfresco dinner to coincide with the sun setting over the sparkling waves; enjoy a nightcap in the silvery moonlight. You’re going to love it here!
Through the sliding glass doors that connect the balcony to the rest of Treasure Island 2108, you can admire the gulf and the seemingly endless sky even as you relax in the living area. Furnished with a couch and several roomy armchairs, the living area is also a comfortable space for everyone to gather and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV with cable or play a board game at the coffee table.
In addition to dining on the balcony, you can enjoy your meals at the indoor dining area. The glass-top pedestal table seats 4, and there’s room for 4 more at the breakfast bar. And while Treasure Island 2108 is close to numerous restaurants (several are even within walking distance), the well-equipped, bright kitchen might encourage you to wield your culinary magic. Appliances, cookware, tableware: The kitchen has it all.
Like the living area, the 2 bedrooms overlook the beach and the gulf. The rhythmic lapping of the waves upon the sand is the perfect lullaby. The master bedroom even has sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony, so you can slip outside for some late-night stargazing without waking the others. Both bedrooms include a king-size bedroom, and there’s a full bathroom for each bedroom as well, making Treasure Island 2108 as well suited for 2 couples as it is for a family. If you’re vacationing with the kids, they’ll love the built-in bunk beds just off the dining area, and 2 more people can sleep on the living area’s sofa, which opens into a queen-size bed.
The Treasure Island complex has even more to recommend it. For starters, there’s a 120-foot-long seasonally heated beachfront pool. After your swim you can dry off on a poolside chaise or seek out the shade of a gazebo. If you’ve worked up a thirst, you don’t have to go far to slake it: There’s a poolside café during the high season. Treasure Island has a fitness center too, with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. Post-workout, treat yourself to a soak in the outdoor spa. The complex also has a pair of charcoal grills on the poolside deck and 2 gas grills on the deck outside the 3rd floor of the parking lot. Speaking of parking, the covered lot is connected to the building via 5 covered walkways, and the building itself is served by 4 high-speed elevators. Upon arrival, you’ll receive parking passes and wristbands that entitle everyone in your group to use the facilities, all in exchange for a one-time $20 registration fee per condo.
And then there’s the sparkling white beach. Treasure Island includes 420 feet of private beach. If you stay in unit 2108 during the high season, you’ll have free use of 2 padded beach chairs and an umbrella, compliments of the owner. When you’re not lounging, you can windsurf, parasail, paddleboard, canoe, kayak, build sandcastles, or collect shells and shark’s teeth.
Please note that if you want to bring your dog along, it must weigh less than 30 pounds, and you’ll be charged a nonrefundable $250 pet registration fee upon arrival. Also note that during the high season, Treasure Island 2108—like many other Panama City Beach condos—rents only by the week, with a Saturday arrival. But you’ll need at least one week to take advantage of everything that the area has to offer. See for yourself; book your stay today!
Please Note: A $20.00 Registration fee is requested and collected by Treasure Island upon arrival. This fee covers up to 2 vehicles and mandatory wristbands. A $100 fee will be assessed for any additional vehicle thereafter.
