With a king-size bed in each of its 2 bedrooms, Treasure Island 510 is a great choice for 2 couples vacationing in Panama City Beach together. At the same time, because the beachfront condo can sleep up to 8 people in all, it’s just as well suited for a family. And since the recently remodeled unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is within a complex that includes a pool and a fitness center, just about everyone will relish their stay here.
Located within biking distance of St. Andrews State Park, Treasure Island boasts 420 feet of sugar-white sand along the emerald-green gulf. The beach is your backyard—surf fish and swim in the morning, paddleboard or parasail in the afternoon, admire the sunset over the sparkling waters come evening. During the high season, you can take advantage of the complimentary beach service: Two chairs and an umbrella will be set up for your exclusive use, free of charge.
You can also swim and splash about in Treasure Island’s 120-foot beachfront pool, which is heated during the cooler months. If the kids refuse to leave the pool—and who can blame them!—you can keep an eye on them from one of the many chaises on the poolside patio. During the high season you can even enjoy drinks, sandwiches, and salads from the poolside café. Treasure Island has a fitness center too, with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. Post-workout, treat yourself to a soak in the outdoor spa.
The poolside deck includes a pair of charcoal grills, and you’ll find 2 gas grills outside the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Of course, Treasure Island 510 has its own fully equipped kitchen as well. Appliances, cookware, tableware: It’s all right here. The dining table seats 6 with ease, and there’s room for 3 more at the breakfast bar. Another option is to dine on the balcony. Furnished with a dining set as well as a chaise, the balcony directly overlooks the beach and gulf. You might spy dolphins frolicking in the surf as you eat!
Sliding glass doors connect the balcony to the living room, so you can relish the gulf view while relaxing indoors. Kick back on the sofa to watch a movie on the flat-panel TV with cable, curl up in the armchair to surf the web via the free WiFi, or sprawl out on the carpet to play Uno with the kids: This living room was designed for living well!
In addition to a king-size bed, each of the 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms includes a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage, lustrous hardwood floors, and its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms even opens directly onto the balcony—perfect for slipping outside to enjoy a romantic nightcap under the stars. If you’re vacationing with the kids, they’re sure to love the sleeping alcove with its built-in bunk beds. And additional guests can sleep on the living room’s queen-size sofa bed.
Other amenities of Treasure Island 510 include your own washer and dryer right in the unit and a designated parking space. You’ll receive your parking pass and wristbands granting you use of the resort’s facilities in exchange for a $20 per-condo (not per-person!) registration fee payable upon arrival. What’s more, Treasure Island 510 will allow you to bring one dog, so long as it is well behaved and weighs less than 30 pounds, for a nonrefundable $250 fee, also payable upon arrival.
Like most other gulf-front rentals on Panama City Beach, Treasure Island 510 rents only by the week during the high season, with a Saturday arrival. Though why would you want to stay less than a week anyway? Once you’re here, you’ll never want to leave! See for yourself; book your stay today.
Please Note: A $20.00 Registration fee is requested and collected by Treasure Island upon arrival. This fee covers up to 2 vehicles and mandatory wristbands. A $100 fee will be assessed for any additional vehicle thereafter.
