A 2-bedroom condo that sleeps 8, Twin Palms 401 is just steps from the shimmering white Panama City beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. When you stay here, you don’t have to load up the car with the day’s essentials, battle traffic, and hunt for a parking space before you can frolic in the surf; you can stroll back and forth between your condo and the beach throughout the day. What’s more, when you stay in season, 2 free chairs and an umbrella will be set up for you on the beach every day—what luxury!
The luxury doesn’t stop there. Twin Palms 401’s large gulf-front balcony, for instance, lets you indulge your jet-set fantasies. Lounge on a chaise and sip your morning coffee while watching dolphins bob in the surf; enjoy a breezy alfresco lunch at the table, which seats 4; time cocktails to coincide with the fiery sunset, reflected in the waves of the gulf.
Another luxe spot for lounging is the poolside patio. Twin Palms’ large outdoor pool and the surrounding chaises also face the beach and the gulf. When you’re not swimming in the pool or drying off in the sun, you can barbecue on one of the poolside gas grills and tuck into your feast at one of the patio tables. Twin Palms also boasts an indoor and an outdoor hot tub. A soak will feel so pampering after a workout in the condo complex’s gym… or any other time, for that matter. Or perhaps you’d rather unwind in Twin Palms’ sauna or steam room: That’s right, the complex has both. And because Twin Palms consists of only 90 condo units, the facilities will never feel crowded or cramped.
The same can be said of unit 401. The open living/dining area feels wonderfully spacious. That’s in part because the sliding glass doors to the balcony allow you to gaze out at sand, surf, and sky even as you stretch out on the sofa to take advantage of the free WiFi, sit down at the dining table, or cook in the kitchen. There’s plenty of room for everyone to gather around and watch a movie on the flat-panel TV with cable. Likewise, the dining area seats 8: In addition to a table for 6, it includes a breakfast bar with stools for 2 more.
The kitchen of Twin Palms 401 is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you’ll need, whether you’re hosting a holiday dinner or simply mixing margaritas to enjoy out on the balcony. There’s even a dishwasher because nobody wants to wash plates when they could be lazing in a hot tub instead. For the same reason, the unit has its own washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is furnished with a 4-poster king-size bed from which you can watch gulls dive into the gulf and listen to the waves roll onto the sands. Like the living area, it opens directly onto the balcony, so you can enjoy a romantic nightcap under the stars after everyone else is asleep. The bedroom has a flat-screen TV as well, along with an en-suite bathroom.
With a pair of full-size beds, the 2nd bedroom can sleep 4 people. The kids will love making this bright, cheery space their own. Like the master bedroom, it has its own full bathroom and a flat-panel TV. Two more guests can sleep in the living area; the sofa opens into a queen-size bed.
What with being able to walk to the beach and having free access to a pool, a fitness center, and other resort amenities, you’ll never be bored when you stay at Twin Palms 401. And that’s not even considering how close the condo is to numerous local attractions. WonderWorks and Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Are both within walking distance; ZooWorld, Beachfront Adventure Park, and Gulf World are among the attractions less than a 15-minute ride away.
During the season, Twin Palms 401 is available for weekly rentals only, with a Saturday arrival. Weeks book up fast, so make your reservation today, before someone else beats you to it!
