Just steps past the 9th street beach access, you enter the extended private driveway leading to the cheerful Victorian hideaway. As you approach the home, choose to take the stairs or a ramp and delight in the baby blue porch ceilings; a southern tradition that gained popularity in the 1850s for being a harbinger of good luck.
As you pass through the oversized entrance doors, step into the main living room and feel instantly at home, surrounded by beachy greens and blues as you overlook an exceptional view of the private pool and water features. Peer into the open concept featuring a Dining area, Chefs kitchen and separate breakfast nook; also make note of the three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One bedroom features a king bed as well as an ADA compliant bathroom, complete with a roll in shower. Another bedroom provides a second king, while the final bedroom on this floor features a queen. The back of this home faces the Atlantic Ocean and features a stunning backyard oasis. A built in rock slide spills into a crystal blue lagoon just past a wooden foot bridge which accents the center of the pool. Slip into the elevated hot tub or relax in a shaded lounge chair with a perfect view of the pool. As an added feature, help friends and family members access the pool easily with an in-pool wheel chair ramp.
As you ascend a large circular stair case, marvel at the two story foyer; dotted with handmade sconces commissioned by the owner. Enter a second, oversized living area complete with wet bar and perfect for relaxing with the entire family after a long day in the sun. The second story also offers two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the first featuring two twins and the second featuring a king; as well as an attached private sitting area with balcony, which is often used as a nursery. From the second floor balcony, drift off on a chaise or get a group together for a game of go fish at the outdoor dining table.

This home offers handicapped access in one bedroom and bathroom. Ramp access at the front entrance, back patio exit to the pool and pool access. Also, elevator service from the first to second floor.
