Enjoy this exquisite modern AIR CONDITIONED home with FREE PARKING in driveway. Home built in 2004 located in the popular Phinney Ridge area. The home is located in close proximity to Fremont, Ballard, Downtown Seattle, and Lake Union. This townhouse occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of this spacious property allowing for spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains, the Ship Canal, as wells the twinkling city lights at night. As the sun goes down, take in the magnificent sunset over a relaxing beverage of your choice. The open floor plan on the main level (2nd floor) invites you to take a break reading a book, watching TV, or sitting out on the viewing deck taking it all in! The space off the living room has two roll away beds for use as needed.
Take advantage of the excellent restaurants and bars in the area or make use of the spacious fully-equipped kitchen to make your own culinary masterpiece.
On the 3rd floor is the spacious master suite. The luxurious accommodations allow for complete relaxation with the view in full display. The 5 piece master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub with a view---another great place to unwind! Also located on the 3rd floor is the guest bedroom with its own complete bathroom.
The neighborhood is fantastic as it really allows easy access to so may fantastic areas of Seattle such as Downtown, Fremont, Phinney Ridge, Ballard, U-district, and Lake Union. Woodland park zoo is within walking distance at 0.4 miles away!
There is lots of food near Sunset Penthouse on Phinney Ridge! There are some many amazing places to eating and exciting adventures to be had within minutes of Sunset Penthouse on Phinney Ridge! Some of our favorites eats:
•Frelard Pizza Company 4010 Leary Way NW. This place is right down the hill about 0.8 miles. They feature a fabulous outdoor eating area with a fire pit. Not to mention the food is outstanding!
•Chef Liao Asian Fusion Cuisine 6012 Phinney Ave N. This restaurant is up the hill near Woodland Park Zoo about 1 mile away.
•Taqueria Tequila Authentic Mexican 301 NW 85th street is about 1.7 miles away.
•For those wanting a place 21+, the Matador 2211 NW Market Street is about 1.4 miles away. If you like spicy, I recommend the Picante Shrimp enchiladas! Has a very awesome atmosphere and one of a kind margaritas!
•The Other Coast Café 5315 Ballard Ave NW is 1.7 mile away. It’s a small, shop but makes great sandwiches! Again, if you like spicy, I recommend the Ragin Cajun.
***You can google Bitesquad.com and have any number of delicious restaurant meals delivered right to the house!
For the basics, if you head right down Market street, a mile or less is Safeway, Walgreens, Ballard Market, and McDonalds.
For fresh fish to cook at home, try Fisherman’s Terminal (3919 18th Ave West, 2.2 miles away) or watch the fish be thrown at Pike Place Market (85 Pike Street, 4.7 miles away) and bring some home to grill for dinner!

Very, very nice.
We stayed a week, and would have enjoyed staying longer. Spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, with a functional kitchen and comfortable furniture, plus a "million dollar view" of the Olympic mountains, with Ballard and the ship canal in the foreground. From here, you are only minutes to Ballard, minutes to Fremont, minutes to the Seattle Zoo, and a short drive to downtown. If you prefer public transit, you are only steps from a bus stop. East to the University District (through Wallingford), or west to Ballard, and from Ballard to downtown. On top of everything else, the owner is most accommodating. We made the right choice. It was perfect for us.
Great space, great view, great host!
My husband and I stayed with our toddler and it worked out well as the space was very open (good sightlines!) It was also great for hosting small groups of friends and family for visiting with nice cozy sitting area. Everything was well stocked, and there was even a bottle of wine upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.
Pristine Party Pad
This place was a wonderful home away from home and slept the four of us comfortably. Very spacious for socializing, cooking and playing games. Was very happy with all of the functioning amenities. The view was killer! Can't wait to visit again!
This house is perfect. It has everything you could need, location, comfort, views and air conditioning. The home is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cook, as well as a great barbeque.
Very well appointed and conveniently located property
Recently updated & tastefully decorated. Main living/dining area and master suite were very spacious. Marie's communications were very clear & complete. The townhouse was well supplied with basic supplies, plus a few extras like coffee & bottled water. We really enjoyed downtown Fremont - edpecially the Sunday market. It's a super-easy drive to downtown Seattle.
