Spacious apartment, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on the Croisette at Palm Beach

The apartment is located directly on the Croisette in the Palm Beach area of Cannes, the most prestigious residential area.

The beach is footsteps away opposite the apartment, you really can't be any closer.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small apartment block with a private front and rear garden. There are four bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms and a seperate WC.

The master has a king size bed, an en-suite marble bathroom and patio doors that lead out onto the rear garden.

The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds which can be made up as a double bed, and has en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out onto the rear garden.

The third bedroom has a further two singles or a double and doors which lead out onto the front garden. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the other bedrooms.

The fourth bedroom is at the front of the apartment off the lounge and has a double bed.

The apartment has a large living / dining space with stylish modern sofas, and a flat screen TV. The living room has large patio doors which open onto the beautifully planted front garden, perfect for early evening drinks.

The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons, 5 ring gas hob, American style fridge, ice maker, cold filtered water, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and has a nespresso coffee maker. Its well stocked with crockery and cutlery etc.

Patio doors lead out to a rear patio garden with large wooden dining table, with seating for 8. The rear garden is a lovely space, sheltered by mature trees and shrubbery giving the garden a private feel.

There is a new Hot Tub pool for 2017. This seats 6 people and is a rare find for an apartment so close to the beach and on the Croisette. A perfect alternative to a beach day or for a lazy evening with a cocktail.

The apartment features air conditioning and electric shutters in each room. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, has WIFI internet access, and a maid service is available on request.

Located at garden level its a perfect option for families, a short stroll to the beach and many amenities.

There is plenty of space to all hang out and for the kids to play. However we spend most of our time on the beach or in the amazing restaurants! Its so close to the beach, so there is no travelling, no car needed and if you forget something you can easily stroll back to the apartment.

Excellent property, spacious and great locatiomn

Very relaxing with living room and garden spaces for morning and evening sun and shade.

Air conditioning to all bedrooms and living room really helped in the hot weather.

Location, Space and Customer Service

The Croisette Blvd location was ideal for us. The beach is only steps away, there was plenty of free parking in front of the building and it was easy to drive to Antibe and Monaco for a couple of day trips. The apartment is on the ground floor so you miss the water view, but there are large outdoor living spaces in the front and back of the unit. The bedrooms are quite large with nice bathrooms. The living and dining room easily accommodated all 6 adults. We were greeted by Florian who spoke perfect English and he provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. Of the three HomeAway rentals during our 2 week trip in France and Italy, this was our consensus favorite!

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location in Cannes!

My family of 5 have just returned from a week's stay in this beautiful apartment. Upon entering the spaciousness is so evident, it is clean, comfortable and everything you need is supplied. We loved walking around the corner to the local shops and eating breakfast in the garden. We would normally hire a car, but one was not needed here. The walk into the centre of Cannes took about 30 minutes along the Boulevard next to the beach, it was so enjoyable each morning. We used the train service to visit Antibes, Nice, Monaco and Monte Carlo. It was so efficient and great value for money and these cities are all so wonderful to explore. This is an exceptional apartment in a lovely residential area close to the beach front and all the superb shops, restaurants and tourist sights of Cannes. We highly recommend staying here, thank you to Caroline for hosting and to Florian for your help locally. Would love to visit again sometime soon!

Fantastic and spacious property

Stayed for 4 nights as a family of five. We have three, relatively young children and we found the apartment to be very spacious and clean. The beach is just across the road and there are two fabulous gardens, so there is all day sunshine.

We usually stay in hotels, but this particular property has made travelling abroad with children stress free.

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location!

Friends and Family stayed with me and as the organiser and finder of this french gem I could not have been praised more.

The apartment itself is exactly as described with a vast living and dinning room area which extends into the front patio. This was perfect as the kids could play in the shade, eat lunch, watch tv whilst we sipped France's finest wine on the comfortable outdoor furniture. And when it was time to hit the beach we were no more than 2-5min away, the perfect base.

At night the apartment is quiet and well air conditioned, the beds are comfortable. This was important for us as we had stayed further up on the croisette in the past towards the hotels and the noise is endless. Also this apartment is top security, all windows have electric shutters and key fob entry. We felt safe and slept peacefully.

We wanted somewhere where we could cook happily some nights and easily dine out on other nights. The kitchen has everything and the fridge has enough room for a full weeks shopping ( and a magnum of Rose). The kitchen opens out onto the rear garden which is the ideal spot for family dinners with a large balinese bed, outdoor dining table and good outdoor lighting for when it goes dark.

We all had a great time in this apartment and I can safely say we will be returning! The response time and communication was quick and clear and all my questions answered, very friendly.

I strongly recommend this apartment!

The perfect space in the perfect location

This is a beautiful space with all of the amenities required for the perfect stay away from home.

The apartment is located on a really fabulous stretch of the world famous Croisette: close enough to be within an easy walk of hustle and bustle of Cannes' glitzy centre but just far enough away to feel like you're holidaying like the French.

Directly opposite the Bijou Plage and L'ecrin (both fabulously welcoming and great spots to enjoy time on the beach as couples or as a family) the apartment is set on the ground floor and accessed by securely controlled (key fob) gate and doors.

It benefits from a wonderful outdoor space to the front of the apartment, where we enjoyed a couple of glasses of chilled rosé most evenings and an equally large and inviting space to the rear of the property where we devoured locally bought croissant and coffee most mornings.

There are two large double bedrooms (one master with en suite bathroom / shower & the second equally large, but less luxurious) and a really large twin that also has an en suite with shower - a perfect space for our children.

The kitchen has all you need and more: good cooker, oven, washing machine and dryer plus an excellent (large) fridge freezer with storage for wine and ice making on tap!

The living / dining area is vast - you could comfortably accommodate and entertain a large family here, so the description of the apartment as spacious probably doesn't quite do it justice (we were really pleasantly surprised). There's a TV with apple connectivity, a dvd player and good WiFi throughout if you (or the kids) need it, but that would be missing the major charm of the place.

This is a space that welcomes light in at all times of the day and encourages you to take advantage of the wonderful location amongst some of the best beaches in France.

We had a great holiday here and will book again. The contact and communication were first rate throughout and I'd have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends or family as it's a bit of a find.

Car: not necessary

There are two restaurants on the beach opposite the apartment, they both have sun loungers and waiter service. There is also a cabine selling ice cream, panini and drinks if you want to sit on the public beach which is a rare non-smoking beach. There is also a lovely traditional square a short walk from the apartment where you will find local amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy and doctor surgery. There are some great restaurants here too and you can watch the locals playing boules. There are also 2 bus stops close to the apartment that will take you into the centre of town and back, every 15 minutes.
