This large, 1200 sq ft view condo is perched over the marinas of Coal Harbour in downtown Vancouver. With a lovely sunny balcony to enjoy the outside and a well appointed and beautifully finished interior this is your home away from home. You will enjoy the excellent walking (or cycling) access to the best of Vancouver. Within a few minutes walk you will encounter Stanley Park and the Vancouver Aquarium, the Seawalk where you can stroll to the Vancouver Conference Centre and all of its attractions, Robson and Denman Streets, both renowned for their shops and restaurants, the Business District, Downtown Vancouver, and historic Gastown. The beaches of English Bay are about 15 - 20 minutes walking or a quick and glorious bike ride through the park. The surrounding area also provides all manner of supplies and amenities, such as bike and boat rentals, fishing charters, harbour tours, grocery and convenience stores.

Vancouver is renowned for the fantastic recreational opportunities it provides. Within a short drive, or from right in front of the condo, you can fish for salmon, kayak quiet waters, hike in wilderness mountains, ski day or night, ride a gondola just to dine and gaze at the stunning views. Catch a float plane to explore the nearby mountains, lakes and islands. The golfing is also year round and available in a large assortment of fabulous courses.

Rent a bike and travel around all of Vancouver. Bike paths surround the city and link Coal Harbour with Stanley Park, English Bay, Granville Island and Kitsilano. The scenery is spectacular and the peddling is easy.

"The Palais Georgia condo is great. It is well located in Coal Harbour, just 2 blocks from the scenic waterfront marina and within walking or bus distance from most tourist attractions (museums, galleries, restaurants and shopping destinations. The unit is well equipped, spacious and well maintained. It had a portable air conditioner in the living room when the temperatures were in the 80 degree (fahrenheit) range.



Most important is that Andrea Phillips is a pleasure to work with. If you have a problem, just call and she will have it taken care of immediately.



We look forward to staying here again, knowing we will be well taken care of in beautiful Vancouver B.C. EP Scottsdale AZ"

Loved the location Loved the apartment

Perfect location to stay for our visit to the lovely City of Vancouver. Bus outside the door, walks along the seawall and to Stanley Park and English Bay. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the facilities as advertised.

Lovely clean well located stay

The Listing is just as stated. The location is the best. Stayed a month never moved the car except to go see the grand children in Surrey. Walking distance to virtually all amenities ,groc,

rest., pubs, parks ,seawall, shopping, etc. the unit had a nice partial ocean view and you could watch the ships and planes come and go. The bed was comfortable. You are on 1st flr but about 4or 5 stories high. The tv in living room was good , lots of channels but there was no instructions on how to get the bedroom tvs working and we couldn't figure either of them out, Not a big deal to us but may be for some. The kitchen is a little tight and could use a better light in it but is manageable. The deck is also a little small for more than 2 people and no bbq, (just for renter info). Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent this unit again. The manager was great.

A wonderful experience!

We had a most wonderful week in this high quality, well located, well equipped condo... with very helpful owners and manager who did everything to make our stay comfortable! It was just a couple of minutes walk to the sea wall, 5-10 mins walk (2 min drive) to a choice of large supermarkets - walking distance to downtown, Stanley Park and much more! We stayed with adult daughters (university aged) and there was plenty of room for 4 adults to enjoy a cloudless week in Vancouver, enjoying the balcony, the kitchen - and we were even able to invite friends and family to visit with a dining table that could easily take 6 people! The views are excellent too! The only disappointment was that the pool was closed during our visit in June, and we had hoped to be able to enjoy this facility.. in fact it was part of the reason we chose this condo!! But this aside, we would thoroughly recommend this condo...

I could stay forever

You can't beat the location of this coal harbor condo. It was steps from the marina, running/walking paths, Stanley Park & restaurants. We were in for the fireworks competition (2 week stay) & liked being far enough away to avoid the crush but close enough to walk to the fun. The unit has lots of storage & good light & bedding. The kitchen has all you could need but feels a bit closed in due to layout. Also, parking is extremely tight so be warned if you have an SUV or larger car. We would definitely come back for another extended visit.

The perfect way to stay in downtown Vancouver

know Vancouver very well and have stayed in this condo 1 week per year for the last 5 years. A perfect location for exploring downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, etc. Close to the waterfront, shops, and restaurants. The condo is well maintained, all appliances, friendly service. Our family will come back next year as well.
