This stylish new vacation rental room, in the heart of Boston’s tourist area and near the financial district, is a perfect affordable accommodation for one or two guests. Just walk out the door to a plethora of restaurants, fine shops and the best cheese shop in Massachusetts. The room includes a queen bed, a 40” flat screen TV, a small kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. It has an attached private bath with shower and lovely hardwood floors. NOTE: It is on the 3rd floor walk-up, with steep stairs. Walk 13 minutes to Copley Square and just beyond is posh Newbury St. It is a 20 minute walk to the Boston Common and the Freedom Trail or you can take the metro, 5 blocks away. In just a few minutes you will be at Quincy Market, the North End and many other attractions. The metro is also convenient to Fenway Park and the Boston and Cambridge universities. All linens and kitchen items provided. It accommodates up to 2 people and for larger parties there are 2 other private rooms that accommodate 2 people each (#983969 & #1150091) and one full apartment on the 4th floor that accommodates up to 4 guests (#983970).

Very cozy studio apt.

All new appliances, furnishings, and decor in this small apartment in a fairly toney neighborhood. Street noise (from Tremont) was surprisingly minimal since the apartment windows faced a side street. 8-minute walk to the nearest subway. Fairly close quarters for two people during our 3-night stay; little room for suitcases or storage for personal items. However, an excellent bed made this a relaxing stay and comfortable sleep. A good location from tourist sites as well as neighborhood cafes and restaurants.

Great location, comfortable apartment room with everything you need

Clean, small and well located with 10 min walk to Back Bay main area. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores and laundry's located in the immediate area. City bound bus located a block away. Steep stairs may be a concern for those with mobility issues. Great place to stay out of the city.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
