This top floor unit is located one block from downtown and 800 feet to chairlift. Enjoy great views from the balcony of downtown and surrounding mountains.

Park Place is on town bus route, which has free service to slopes, shopping, recreation center, grocery store, etc. There is also service for a small charge to Vail, Copper, Keystone and A Basin. You do not need a car once here. Ski rental and bike shop are across the street.

Our condominium is beautifully decorated. We have recently remodeled, adding tile floors and granite countertops. Bathrooms have granite countertops with copper sinks and new bathroom fixtures. Master bath has a relaxing steam shower to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. We have added new bedroom furniture and beautiful bar height dining room furniture and bar stools to allow views of Breckenridge from the dining room windows while dining. Living room has 14 foot vaulted metal ceilings with a large stonewall fireplace that also holds our new addition, 'Tiny' the buffalo mount.42'flat screen TV in living room and both bedrooms have tv's

Off the living room is a balcony overlooking downtown and the event center just across the street. Balcony hosts a patio set with seating for four and a large gas barbecue grill.

Our condominium is equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a nice, relaxing and cozy vacation. All it needs is you!

Best location in Breckenridge will be the centerpoint to your great vacation in Ski Paradise. Call us for availability this winter. . It's going to be a great ski season!!! Come be a part of it!

My wife and I have a passion for remodeling properties. We bought condo and have completely remodeled unit. New flooring ,counter tops, appliances, furniture, lighting, etc. This is our 2nd home. We do not try and maximize quantity of visitors. We would rather have a few good renters and use condo ourselves .

Good location for skiing and apres ski

The condo is across the street form Christy's if you're renting or need gear and a 200 yard walk to the bus stop that will take you to any of Breck's base locations. It's also just a few minute walk to shopping and restaurants in case you don't want to cook in the condo.

Nicely maintained property.

Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay immensely. This is an excellent location with convenient access to ski lifts and to downtown Breckenridge. This condominium is comfortable, well maintained and very well equipped. I would absolutely stay there again. The only downside is that there could be more beds, but we knew the deal when we booked it - 2 queens and a futon which not well suited for an adult but would be fine for a smaller person. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Owner's Response: We advertise our condo as two bedroom ,two bath that accommodates five. Our target market is one family or two couples. We decided a long time ago to stay away from large number of guests at one time. Less wear and tear.

A must see experience!

My family spent our first snow vacation in Breckenridge, Co. Not only was the condo impressive and centrally located, working with Byron was a positive experience. They even decorated the condo for us to make it seem like Home! Definitely a do again! Thank you Bryon for such a great memory. See you next year.

New Year’s Day vacation

Our stay was amazing . The condo was one of the cleanest and well stocked we have been to. I only have onesmall complaint. This condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so for us it was a little tiring each time coming back to the condo , especially with our skis,luggage or groceries. Everything else was awesome.

Byron was FANTASTIC ! So too was the condo

It was in perfect shape and pictures did not do it justice. We walked 3 min to Casa, or to Empire Burger, Main Street, etc... The perfect location ! Byron was in touch proactively to make sure our arrival was without any issues and texted to be sure we were having a good time. We'll be back Byron! Thanks !
