This brand new end unit townhome has 3 beautifully furnished bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom with onsite washer & dryer. The light-filled open floor plan is ideal for entertaining with ease of access to the private patio that overlooks Prominence’s green space. This home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen with all cookware/dinnerware provided to comfortably entertain up to 10 guest. If grilling is your style, Prominence offers a well appointed outdoor grilling and dining space adjacent to the zero-entry pool.
Rejuvenate in La Belle Mer's bedrooms with soft linens, tasteful coastal décor and natural light. Upstairs is a spacious and luxurious master suite with en-suite private bathroom. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with bunks that share a full bathroom.
Sink your toes in the sand and relax, using the 4 beach chairs, umbrella, sandcastle kit, and cooler that we provide. Or, if you’re feeling adventurous and would like to explore all the 30A area has to offer, we’ve got you covered with 4 beach cruisers provided.
For those low key days, relax poolside at Prominence's 5,000 sq. ft. zero-entry resort style pool or grab an afternoon catnap under a cabana while soaking up coastal breezes.
Fitness enthusiast will love the onsite gym and the convenience to 30A’s 18 miles of paved biked path and nearby state parks. Explore the natural dune lakes, one of three in the world, via paddleboard or kayak that can be easily rented from YOLO or The BoatHouse Paddle Club.
30A is a laid back beach community that's walking and biking distance to a number of local favorite restaurants/cafés. La Belle Mer is within walking distance to 30A’s hottest destination, ‘The Hub’, where guest can grab dinner and drinks while listening to live music or watching a movie or sporting evening on the 25-foot jumbo tron. Top nearby restaurants include: Café 30A, The Perfect Pig and Pizza by the Sea.
If you want to venture outside of our neighborhood, we are in close proximity to other beach communities: Rosemary Beach (3 miles), Alys Beach (2.5 miles), Seagrove (1.5 miles), Seaside (3 miles), Watercolor (3.5 miles) each offering their own unique style. Every Sunday, Rosemary Beach is home to a Farmers Market where you can enjoy music and food, and buy fresh produce and seafood.

Great place for Families!
We had a wonderful stay at La Belle Mer. The house was bigger than expected! Beautifully decorated. Walking distance to the pool and the Hub! The movie night for the kids was a plus!! Close in proximity to Seaside and Alys beach as well!! Deer Lake is close by for beach access but beware it's a long walk if your hauling a lot of beach chairs and toys. It's more private and the walk is through the dunes which are gorgeous but take a wagon for hauling!! Simply stated: we loved it here and will definitely stay again in the future.
Best beach vacation ever! The location is great. The house is fantastic.
The house is immaculate. Exactly what you need to enjoy the area. The Hub is perfect. Great way to wrap up every evening with dinner and some entertainment. The shuttle to the beach makes beaching it simple and the pool is a relaxing way to spend the afternoon. We will definitely return! Easy access to the house, great responsive owners and a fantastic location.
Super clean and cozy.
Tons of extras in the kitchen made cooking a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Everything about this house super! My only complaint is that I wish I knew that the access to the beach was so far away. Our week was rainy so we found other things to do which was easy with the Hub across the street. Great place!

I'm sorry to hear that you feel as though you were mislead by the beach proximity. We take pride in being transparent with our guest by proactively disclosing the distance to the beach and nearby attractions from our property. This information is disclosed within our listing and is reinforced in all prospect and guest communications, to include the welcome tote that our guest receive upon their arrival. I'm sorry if you inadvertently overlooked this information.
We specifically chose our property in Prominence due to its central location to allow our guest the opportunity to explore each of the picturesque beach communities while offering ease of accessibility to the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches. For our guest, we loved the convenience of being able to walk to 30A's hottest attraction, 'The Hub', to listen to live music or watch a movie under the stars while spending time with friends and family or relaxing poolside at Prominence's zero entry pool.

Beautiful tall ceilings in a pretty unit, great space, awesome pool, drive to beach.
We liked the location of the townhouse and my family loved going to the Hub. We could have made our stay better had we rented a golf cart or rented bikes sooner. My family wanted to ride beach cruisers and the bikes provided are dated. We rode our bikes to Alys Beach a little over 3 miles and it was worth the trip to explore. We drove our car to Seaside several times. The master bedroom has beautiful windows but could use some covering or blinds on the top windows. The lights from outside are disturbing at night and the sun came up super early like around 5:30am. Overall, we had a great time and would consider renting the unit again considering the windows are covered in the master. A few things that would be a nice addition are additional supplies like; two toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms, two rolls of paper towels, two dishwasher tablets, and two to three trash bags in the kitchen. We had to buy extra trash bags and toilet paper.

We always appreciate feedback that can improve our guest experience. We are committed to installing additional blinds in the Master Bedroom upper windows to lessen the sun exposure within the next couple of months. All-terrain bikes were selected due to their extra speeds which allow our guests the opportunity to comfortably explore 30A and travel at faster speeds for greater distances. The bikes were recently acquired within the last year.
The standard amenities included with our rental are: 2 rolls of toilet paper/bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tab, laundry pod, 2 small trash bags/bathroom, 2 large kitchen trash bags, soap per bathroom/kitchen and shampoo/conditioner per bathroom. We have shared your feedback with our cleaning company to ensure our guest have the best experience while staying at our property. Additionally, we are working with our cleaning company to see about including an extra roll of paper towels and dishwasher tablets with each rental.

Nice and comfortable
It was perfect!! We had four adults and a child and it was very comfortable for our stay. It was clean and very pretty. The location is very convenient to several places and not crowded at all. We would like to stay again in the future.
Zac and Ashley were extremely accommodating, quick to reply and very personable. The condo is very new, very nice and exactly as advertised. We actually thought it was bigger than the pictures portrayed! The pool is a 5 minute walk, the Hub (quickly becoming our favorite hangout spot on 30A) is a 10 minute walk and the bikes (included with the rental) make much more very accessible. It is not feasible to walk to the beach however the free shuttle service run by Emerald Homes is extremely convenient. We were nervous about this aspect with 5 little kids but it was a non-issue. Ben and Hazel (the shuttle drivers) were extremely punctual and pleasant. You just call their cell phone when you are ready for a pickup, either at the pool or the beach, and they come. We never waited more than 10 minutes. It was kind of nice to ride the shuttle back and forth to the beach, rather than drive, to avoid the sand build-up in the car... Maybe our only gripe (if you could call it that) would be the brightness in the master bedroom. The sun comes up early and it makes it hard to sleep past 6:15AM. Curtains would help. Also, there is a golf cart "for the owner only" in the garage which is extremely tempting for the kiddos. There are some rentals in the development that include a golf cart and it would be a nice inclusion. Otherwise, things were great and we would definitely stay at La Belle Mer again!

We will definitely evaluate options to add additional blinds to the upper windows or drapes to lessen the sun exposure in the morning.
Unfortunately, the golf cart was a last minute addition to property and we have not yet been able to have it registered to make it street legal, nor have we had the opportunity to perform due diligence to understand the insurance/legality requirements to be able to include it as an option for our rental at this time. This is something we are committed to working on in the near future.
