My husband and I are Asheville transplants who moved here and fell in love with all the city and mountains have to offer. Come and visit us!
Owner purchased this House in 2016
Why Owner chose Kenilworth
We love having guests! We always make sure our guests get a great taste of our Southern Charm in this funky, fun Mountain town!
What makes this House unique
We are very close to all that Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate have to offer, but you will still have a peaceful and quiet stay with us in the historic Kenilworth neighborhood!

Hosts go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
Just a couple of things were an issue for me personally. The hot water temp was not high enough for my morning showers, the stepping stone walk way made it impossible to roll luggage and due to back issues I'm not supposed to lift it and I did not like the fact that there was no way to control the temp in our room.
Cozy and great location
Very cute space. The homeowners provided amenities that made the stay even more comfortable. The only downside was the walls are very thin between the homowners living space and the space they rent out and you can hear everything.
Cute and convenient
My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves The place is just right for a couple with one nice size bedroom with attached bathroom, a kitchenette area and a nice back patio area. While the owners live on site, you are definitely separated into your own end of the house with a separate entrance. I actually even never met our hosts face to face. That's not to say we didn't communicate. We were sent several notices / emails about how to access the house and any special requests that we had. They also really provide a lot of little nice extras at no cost. She had some items in the mini-fridge (including beer), a coffee maker, utensils, toiletries, etc.
The location is about a 5-10 minute Uber ride to pretty much anywhere in Asheville. I never waited more than 6 minutes for a ride to show up. You're close to all the items in the city, but set in a quiet suburban atmosphere. Combine that with a reasonable price and this place is a 'can't miss'
Quiet and quaint neghborhood in a prime location. Provided anything you could think of games, movies, books, coffee and even some toiletries. Small part of the bigger house but enough privacy to enjoy an evening on their back porch.
We loved having y'all! Sorry the weather was so cummy. Come back again soon!
Home Away From Home!
We were forced to leave our home because we didn't feel safe no thanks to hurricane Irma. At first it was really hard to find a place to acomadate our needs as we had dogs and possibly more family that would be coming if they left as well. Savannah was very awesome. She made us feel more than welcomed, she insisted on us coming into her side of the house when the storm followed us up there. She even gave up her room so we still had a room to sleep in because she was not comfortable with us sleeping on our side of the house expecially with our baby. She loved my dogs. Overall I rate my experience 1000/100. (No it's not a typo she really was that awesome!)
This property gave my son and I what we needed and in the right location.
This property allowed us to make to our soccer tournament and come back for a comfortable rest in the afternoon. Thanks for the hospitality.
