Coopertown Field of Dreams Tournament June 9 to June 15
Wonderful experience. Beautiful setting to return from the ballpark too. Home was clean, and large enough to accommodate our family (4 adults and 2 children) and then some. Yard was just what our little 3 year old needed to run off the frustrations of being at the ballpark watching big brother all day. Love setting out by the fire at nights, watching the firefly's, deer, bunnies, wild turkeys and squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home.
5 stars for sure!!!!!
Thank you, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay.

Great family house to stay in
We enjoyed are stay and had more than enough space!!! Boys loved the huge grass yard to play baseball in. The backyard have a beautiful area to sit and enjoy ur coffee in the morning!! I cant say enough on how great this place was to stay!!!
Perfect for our family!
We enjoyed our stay here during in July while our grandson played at Cooperstown All Star Village. The home is clean and any requests that we had were fulfilled in a timely manner. It was nice to be able to cook our meals in the spacious open kitchen and grill/sit outside in the cool evenings. Our 7-year old grandson loved playing in the yard and seeing all of the animals. We definitely recommend Dutch Hill.
The property is beautiful complete with wild animals. The owners are great hosts. I called to ask about the A/C and within a few hours they bought a new portable A/C down downstairs. Thanks for a great stay.
Thank you for choosing Dutch Hill. Great guests, can stay anytime.

Great home in a great location
This home was great for my needs in the Oneonta area. I was in town for a canoe race, and the close proximity to the river was key. The house is just as advertised and can fit a very good sized group. I would definitely stay here again!
Thank you for your review and we welcome you to stay again.
