Recently remodeled. Everything is new!!! We offer a brand new kitchen, new bath, and fresh flooring. There is a very comfortable queen bed as well. We offer a 42" flat screen with cable, WIFI, Netflix and Hulu.
Your pets are welcome with approval.
The property is located so conveniently to Balboa Park, downtown, and the beaches.
Park your car and walk to some of the coolest restaurants and bars in San Diego. We are so fortunate to be in the epicenter of a lot of good food and shopping
AC is a window unit. Works great in our small space!
We have all the towels you need including beach. We offer the use of our beach chairs and umbrella as well.
We have a pack n play for your kids too!

Nice, clean, comfortable, and overall just a good stay! Thanks:)
This was a good stay for us! We enjoyed the location being close to everything! Parking right at the door, and all the basics you need.
Some of the draw backs for us were things like layout and recepticals. While we weren’t there to watch tv it was def. a set up that would make for sore necks. The bathroom opening is quite small. Last of all there was only one night stand.
The things we liked which were on point were the comfortable bed. Great location. Full refrigerator/freezer and stove/oven. While the cooking utinsals weren’t top of the line they were clean, in good condition, and adequate. The temp was very easy to control. And the overall cleanliness was on point:) thanks again for the great stay!
Cool neighborhood location.
Wife and I spent 5 nights. Had everything we needed. Grabbed the beach towels and umbrella that were under the bed and went to the beach twice. Nice and clean and mostly new inside. It is in a great neiborhood. We walked to breakfast and Coffee every morning (Black Market Bakery). Lots to do in close to North Park. Also lots of great bars and food in Normal Heights. Over all had a great stay.
