White Sands #11 is a 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom oceanfront townhouse equipped with a private elevator that sleeps up to 10! On the 1st floor or ground floor you have a large private garage. On the second floor of three you have a kitchen outfitted with granite counter-tops, a living area, dining area, full bathroom and a half, and bedroom 1 of 4 with access to a balcony. On the top floor which is the third floor you have the master bedroom with access to a balcony plus adjoining master bathroom, bedrooms 2 and 3 with access to a shared balcony, and a full bathroom off the hallway.
Enjoy unobstructed views and access to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Explore at the convenience of the seasonal Island Trolley, or take a short walk down the walking path to the 1471 foot pier, nearby shopping, dining, and drinking establishments. To our west is dining followed by unspoiled beaches for miles which leads to the historic Fort Pickens. We offer 3 night minimums except June through August which is a 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday only.
The All Seasons Travel Plan (insurance) can be purchased up until 45 days prior to departure/check-in date. If a trip is being booked and paid in full within 45 days of departure/check-in date, insurance can be purchased on the same day payment is made. The pre-existing medical condition waiver is only available when the plan is purchased within 21 days of the initial payment. If interested in insurance, please inquire accordingly.

The Accidental Damage Waiver Fee In lieu of a larger refundable security deposit, is a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.00 is added to each reservation and covers you, the guest, against any reported accidental damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay for an amount not to exceed $500.00 provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. This damage waiver does not cover damages by pets, intentional damage, theft, additional cleaning costs, or grossly negligent behavior that causes damages.
