Come live in the best location downtown with an amazing city view from your coveted open balcony! There is a 24 hour concierge at the front desk and a 24 hour parking attendant. You will have access to 7-11 Store, My Express Cafe and Tip to Toe Nails from the building without stepping outside. The location is priceless! One block to the 16th Street Mall and the Denver Performing Arts Center. Beautiful Larimer Square is just 3 blocks away for great dining and shopping. The mall ride is one block away and runs from Civic Center to newly renovated Union Station for easy access to all of Downtown Denver.
