About Marina Mazur
I have been running holiday rentals for over 9 years. It's been a great experience and our homes have hosted many wonderful travellers throughout the years. Through this long experience, I have the benefit of knowing what works and I have a fine-tuned system that ensures happy, satisfied guests. I am always on the lookout to improve though! My style of hosting is defined as highly responsive communication along with thoroughness of information and text/phone support during pre-arrival, stay and post-stay if need be. Italy is my numero uno travel destination - I am half Italian, I also love California - I grew up in Santa Barbara, I love to cook and I have teenage son. When I am traveling, I like to seek 'off the tourist track' places to have a more authentic experience.

Why Marina Mazur chose Kensington and Chelsea
There’s a reason why so many films are set in Notting Hill. The neighborhood’s cobblestoned streets weave through scrunched alleyways and richly furnished Victorian townhomes, and its stylish shops and passionate antique vendors satiate design-driven appetites: Notting Hill’s famed Portobello Road Market is a rummager’s delight. Celebrated as much for its idyllic streetscapes as it is for its cafe lifestyle and ephemeral fancies, it’s easy to understand Notting Hill's cinematic celebrity. This home backs onto Kensington Memorial Park affording lovely open sky views with wide open space. The park has tennis courts and a fantastic kids playground. At your fingertips: Custom Pinterest boards detailing all the tried and true local amenities, giving you visuals, directions and easy internet links to of all the attractions of Notting Hill on your smartphone via an app. A 10-minute walk will take you into the fashionable, hip areas of Portobello Road, and Golbourne Road markets. Adjacent Westbourne Grove boasts high- end designer shopping.

Great Flat in London!
Our family of 5 enjoyed our 10 day stay in this beautiful flat in London. We especially loved the neighborhood park next door the kids ( ages 9, 8, 6) enjoyed playing soccer in with the local neighborhood kids. We love immersing our family in each city we visit and this flat was perfect to do so in London.
My husband and our two adult children spent 9 nights at this property and had a wonderful time!
The flat's location in a quiet suburban neighborhood was a great alternative to busy downtown London. It was just a 10 minute walk to the Underground and then 30-45 minutes to the sights of London. Surrounding neighborhoods had lots of bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
Flat was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Marina made check-in/out easy and was very attentive.
We will definitely return!
Glamorous city living in London's coolest neighbourhood village
We couldn't have asked for a better house to enjoy our weekend.
A stunning space greets you as you enter. The house is glamorous, chic and well equipped and it would be quite easy to kick off your shoes and stay here for your entire trip. But that would be to miss experiencing the local neighbourhood of Notting Hill.
We walked easily to the centre and discovered gorgeous restaurants, independent shops along side our favourite high street ones all set against stunning street facades that were immensely Instagrammable.
We were blessed with beautiful weather so we walked a lot but if it's more typical Blighty weather when you visit it's good to know that the local cab firms were easy to use and really good value to get you to where you need to be.
Marina is a host who simply can't do enough for her guests. We couldn't recommend this house more and will certainly return. It was a privilege to stay here and feel like a local in this gorgeous neighbourhood.
Comfortable, spacious, lovely
Fully equipped home with comfortable space to lounge. And wonderful playgrounds just next door!
This property is an absolute dream— lovely design in a charming and central area of London
My family and I were thoroughly thrilled with our stay in Kensington. This property and its lovely and attentive host exceeded our high expectations at every turn. The property itself is absolutely stunning and the host was happy to provide meaningful and insightful recommendations for activities in this amazing area. Anyone staying in London would be wise to consider this place! Thanks again!
Thank you for your 5 star review! Very pleased you took advantage of all the information and recs available to guests make your stay really enjoyable. I do appreciate your thumbs up of the hosting attentiveness to my guests. I work hard to achieve this kind of recognition!
Quiet and spacious in hip neighborhood, great for families!
My family of 4 (kids ages 8 and 11) from the San Francisco area loved it. Nice bedding, luxury baths, laundry, espresso machine, kettle, and WiFi rounded out all the amenities that made our stay easy. Property is very quiet and secure, with locked entry gate. Surrounded by greenery on all sides. Playground in park next door was nice release for kids. Location is close to retail and tube stop without being on top of it. Tube stop tied in nicely to all the sights we visited, including Tower of London, Harrods, Buckingham Palace and Mi6.
Marina, the property manager, was very responsive, pleasant, and easy to reach, even when we had questions while there. She had excellent dining recommendations, so be sure to try them.
Tube stop is a very safe 5-10 min walk, so just fine for the older kids. Consider taking double-decker bus #7 to tube stop - runs frequently and super quick. Would recommend keeping breakfast foods at the flat as we found the sit-down restaurants we enjoyed for breakfast were more than 15-min away.
Would definitely stay there again when we return!
