About this property

Peaceful Brownstone Apt w/ Private Patio - 4 Min Walk to MICA

Explore the tranquil tree lined streets of historic district Bolton Hill. The renovated 19th century brownstones are interspersed with parks, gardens and medians, restaurants, coffee shops and bars - making this neighborhood pleasingly walkable especially for our dog parent friends. There’s also a Save-A-Lot grocery store a 5 minute walk away as well as a Safeway and Mom’s Organic grocery store just a few minutes drive. With Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) being an anchor in the neighborhood - the neighborhood is quiet, but still buzzing with life. The Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and the Modell Lyric Performing Arts Center are both close by. You can find independent films at The Charles and the Parkway Theatre in nearby Station North Arts District. In July, Baltimore’s Artscape festival borders the neighborhood and is a beloved event in the city.

Public transit is plentiful in Baltimore - you’ll find ease of access in and around the city, to the suburbs and even Washington D.C. with Penn Station a 15 minute walk away, the free Charm City Circulator bus, free Hopkins Shuttle for students and staff, Zipcars, scooters, light rail and metro.

Please inquire at time of booking if parking is needed - a visitor parking pass may be available, which allows you to keep your car in the neighborhood without having to move it. Street parking is normally very easily available in front of the building, unless there is a large event such as Artscape. An assigned parking spot maybe available 2 blocks away.

The apartment itself is a quiet and private one bedroom on the third floor, located in a secure brownstone with just three other apartments in the building. Equipped with a bright open kitchen you’ll have all you need to make a delicious meal from home or a cup of coffee to take with you as you enjoy the morning views on the private deck. The living room is equipped with a comfy sleeper sofa, smart TV and kitchenette table and the bedroom has plenty of closet space and a queen size bed. Whether a travel nurse, MICA, Hopkins or UB student or professor, explorer or just here for fun and loved ones - we think you’ll love life in Bolton Hill in this comfortable one bedroom apartment!

**A street permitted parking pass may be available - please inquire at time of booking. Lost parking passes will incur a $300 fine for the cost of replacement. Additional parking may be available a few blocks from the apartment for $160/month. It must be requested at time of booking and accompanied by providing your vehicle information (make, model, color, and license plate). We can not guarantee availability of parking, especially if it has not been reserved ahead of time.
