This was the first condo we purchased in Fairfield Bay and perched on the entertainment center was a carved wooden sign which spelled out the word Escape. Sounded good to us so we went with it. This is your escape to the Ozarks, escape from the sometimes hub bub around the Cool Pool as the unit is downstairs and well insulated from the sounds above at the parking lot level. And if the TV is playing too loudly indoors or for whatever reason escape to the wrap around verandah and take in the greens of the forest and distant lake. The unit is totally self contained, pool towels and coffee/creamer are provided and this is our only unit which has an ice maker in the fridge. You can get to the Cool Pool in about 30 seconds if you hustle and all the other amenities of the Bay are within walking distance except golf and marina. There are 2 flat screen TVs with cable and the one in the living area has a DVD player with DVDs. There is an extremely comfortable king size bed in the master and the second bedroom has a couple of singles There is also a sleeper sofa. We have installed keypad combo locks for safety and convenience. If your taste runs to eclectic, you will feel at home and we think it is a near ideal set up for grandparents and the grandkids at the lake.

About Clete and Mary Davis
We are native Arkansans coming from Central Arkansas and the Delta but have always been attracted to the Ozarks and Boston Mountains. We both come from large families who are now spread around the globe and over several generations. Fairfield Bay is an ideal place for our family gatherings. We view the condos as an extension of our home and hope our guests will feel at home in any of the 4. We can host from 2 to 8 guests in a unit or bundle several for a larger family, family reunion or similar. We use the Bay year around and intend to offer the condos all year and not just during the Summer vacation period. Our favorite time here is the Fall as we use the Bay has a launch point to view the Elk in Boxley Valley.

Definitely a Condo to Remember
We had a 6, 4, & I year old & this condo was perfect for them. The twin beds were perfect for the girls. The condo was very clean & well kept. Love the location of the condo .... right next to the kiddie pool. The bed in master bedroom is very comfortable.
Thank you very much and we appreciate how you all cared for the property. You all are welcome back anytime and there will at least one cookie sheet and additional serving utensils for your next visit.

Kind, quickly responding owners. Pleasant locale for a relaxing vacation.
King size bed in master is very comfy. It was nice to have an ice maker and also a filter on the kitchen sink. Our visit was more about what my husband wanted to do this weekend since it was his birthday, so he played golf on two days at the Indian Hills course. I joined him in the cart and it was a pretty course which he really enjoyed. Even though we didn't join the groups at the pool (which is very close), it looked like a nice escape from the heat. I was given "no cooking status" so we snagged great meals at local spots in easy driving distance: The Blue Line Diner, El Rebozo, The Dock, and Jannsen's. We had toured Blanchard Caverns on a previous trip to the area, so we didn't go this time. It's a great place to go if you haven't seen it. We had an enjoyable escape to the Ozarks.
