The apartment is located in the heart of Denver's Highlands neighborhood-- One of the 2012 top five best neighborhoods in America according to Men's Journal.

With a walk score of 98/100, the apartment is only a block or two from the great coffee shops, restaurants, bars located in the Highlands neighborhood in North Denver, less than one mile from Union Station. Also an easy stroll or bike-ride to everything downtown Denver has to offer- art museums, convention and performing arts centers, sporting events, outdoor activities and nightlife.

The sunny, first-floor unit is fully-furnished with everything you might need to enjoy your visit to Denver- a comfortable queen-sized bed, a just-renovated bathroom with gleaming 40" tub and fixtures, kitchen with full sized appliances and breakfast bar, LR with flat screen/cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Adorable LoHi Studio Has It All

I stayed in this wonderful studio for 3 months while I was making a move to Denver from another state. After staying in a few other places I would say this was the best by far. All I needed was to bring my suitcase and toothbrush and everything else was already here to make me feel right at home for a long stay.

The first thing I noticed was the stylish decor and the well thought out floor plan that fit an entire home into a studio. As I walked in there is an office space perfect for working from home, then a place to hang coats and scarves and a boot tray and shelf for whatever. This lead to a clothes closet with ample storage space, a clothes washer and dryer and a full bath, although the mini-tub may work for kids but not adults, I just used the shower anyway. Next was the comfy queen bed and a wall mounted flat screen, followed by a comfy sofa with two side tables. There was a roomy kitchen with a table for two and all matching stainless appliances and adequate cabinet space for food and supplies. All supplies were

provided (towels, soaps, tissues etc.) The living plants, urban art on the walls, oatmeal packages in containers on the counter, and a stainless whistling tea kettle were lovely touches. The owner has an amazing cleaning crew and the place was spotless. The building entrance is keyed as well as the unit which I liked and the area is very nice. Plus I had an assigned parking spot in a lot behind the building! Packages delivered are left in front behind the bushes so I got a UPS box instead for package delivery. Bonus: all utilities were included, including WIFI and cable.

The location was perfect! It was a short walk to everything. Just one block from W 32nd Ave. restaurants including a frozen yogurt shop, a burger place, and several Mexican restaurants including an amazing bakery with the best cookies. Then further down towards Zuni are many more options including an amazing coffee shop and a pizza place all in walking distance. I walked to the Starbucks and dollar store on Federal Blvd. more than a few times. The Safeway is nearby with the best gas prices. Also less than a block away is a very nice city community center with a fitness center and indoor pool with day or monthly passes.

I have to give a huge shout out to the owner, Jessica, who was more than accommodating on numerous occasions and was always easy to reach. Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo with me. I highly recommend staying here. I loved it!

the best tiny apt!

the location and space are perfect! Jessica is super helpful and always available for questions. The apt is within walking or biking distance of all the Denver hot spots. Anyone who wants a great little space, this is it!

Perfect Spot

My wife and I rented this studio. It was new, clean and comfortable. We cook a lot and while small, the kitchen had everything we needed. Great shower. It is in the perfect location -- close to coffee, clothes and best of all, food! We walked to 16th and grabbed the free mall ride to the movies and downtown. Can't say enough about the location, and Jessica was extremely responsive when we contacted her.
