ABOUT THE HOUSE
The second-floor living and dining area feature polished hardwood floors and tasteful minimalist furnishings. There is plenty of room for your group to stretch out after a day on the lake or the slopes. Enjoy the gas fireplace, relax on the plush leather sectional couch, and watch a movie on the 65” flat screen TV.
Cook a hearty meal in the contemporary kitchen with glass-top range, high-end fixtures, and French-door fridge. Enjoy the evening paper at the marble kitchen bar with seating for two. When dinner is ready, sit down at the handcrafted dining table with seating for six.
Three bedrooms and two baths accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a queen bed fitted with a memory foam mattress and a 40” flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a dual vanity, shower, and jetted tub.
The kids will love the second and third bedrooms—each of which is furnished with a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a TV. Both rooms enjoy a view of the dock.

THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If a hot tub is available, there can be no use after 10 PM. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed unless specifically noted in listing.
