Why Bryan Dudek chose Marigny
New Orleans has a 300 year old long history, The city has been around since before there was a United States. Its a huge melting pot, influencing everything from the food, music, architecture, culture and festivals. No matter when you come visit there is a party going on, and you are invited!!!
What makes this House unique
Our home has been completely remodeled, inside and out. We restored all of the original features we could. 14' foot ceilings, original heart pine floors, plaster ceiling medallions, hand carved fleur de lis gingerbread mouldings, original wavy glass, 10' tall fluted pocket doors, reproduction gasolier chandeliers, wide baseboards and picture rail mouldings. We hope you enjoy these features as much as we did restoring them.

Cool location lots to do
Everything was great, communication with host could have been better. The wrong door code was provided. No answers to check-in questions asked a week before check-in. All in all a good stay.
Great trip to NOLA
Comfortable house in a great location. Clean and spacious for the 6 of us that stayed there.
Good location lots of room for people
Clean, decently appointed, lots of space for people to stay. Newer appliances and a back courtyard. Quiet and overall nice place
Lovely house, great neighborhood
Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, spacious, attractive property. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and exploring, parking was very easy and the property owner was extremely helpful. Thanks Bryan for helping us have a wonderful Thanksgiving together in your beautiful house!
Thank you Maren, I am glad your family was finally able to spend Thanksgiving in New Orleans. Glad you enjoyed your stay!
Can’t be beat!
Our party of five was very comfortable in this house. The beds are great, the bathrooms roomy, and the kitchen has everything we needed. We enjoyed nearby coffee shop and restaurants. It’s an easy walk to the French Quarter. Highly recommend. Bryan is super nice and responsive.
The house is absolutely gorgeous and close to everything .Bryan was wonderful to work with and quick to respond.
You are staying in one of the most dynamic and interesting neighborhoods in New Orleans. What makes the Marigny such a great place to live is the eclectic mix of residences and businesses, people and personalities.
The history of the Faubourg Marigny began in 1805 when, Bernard Xavier Philippe de Marigny subdivided his plantation.
Our neighborhood has almost everything you need to live; food markets, hardware and lumber stores, bakeries, restaurants, shops, salons, bars, coffee houses...the list is extensive.
