This nicely decorated spacious top floor unit is centrally located and minutes from frequent SD destinations like the numerous and popular San Diego Beaches, the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Famous Old Town, Gas Lamp, Little Italy, Coronado, Qualcomm Stadium, Padres Park, and of course right next door to a Golf Course!

It has 2 Large bedrooms and also an extra couch bed so it will sleep 6 comfortably. A Webber Bar B Que on the porch will add to your vacation fun.

If you enjoy fine dining, live theater, live music and nightlife you can find it all here! Plus the quiet relaxing park like setting of the complex which has 2 Tennis courts, 2 pools, spa, gym, and walkways. Near to trolley station, shopping mall and freeway access.

A minimum of one month lease at $127.00 per day is required. Please speak to me about discount rates.

Why Laura chose Mission Valley West

I bought this property at the Courtyards for many reasons. I like that it is well located, easy access to so many places (beaches, parks, museums, shopping complexes, downtown,walking and hiking areas, etc.). The freeway access is very good. It is a well maintained complex, 24 hr security, and very peaceful. There are several ponds and water features, grassy areas, a shaded garden, and great ammenities, pools, spa pools, saunas, tennis courts. Golf next door is a bonus, Nice people here too!

What makes this condo unique

I enjoy the peacefulness of this unit, the views from the living room and balcony especially. I like to see the pond, and hear the sound of the fountain! The bedrooms look out on trees and you see and hear the birds!. I have incorporated a beach and sea theme in the unit since I have always lived near the ocean. Hopefully you will enjoy it as much as I do!!

Good location but be careful of cockroaches!

The condo was great. Location was perfect. It only takes 10 minutes to downtown. It has tennis courts and swimming pools. We loved it except there were lots of cockroaches from the day 1. The landlord lady put some pesticide when I complained about it. She said it would take 2 or 3 weeks until all the cockroaches go away. We stayed a month but they are still there until the last day. They were all over the kitchen especially in the sink and the dishwasher. They might be gone now but it's hard to remove all of them. My husband woke up 1 a.m. to get rid of almost a hundred a night.

But except for the cockroaches, it was good.

Owner's Response: As a landlord I am very conscientious of any problems in my unit. I have only had positive comments in the past. I take pride in my unit and make it as comfortable as possible and want my guest to have an enjoyable stay. I responded to all problems immediately, and particularly to the concern of cockroaches which had NEVER been in my unit before.( I certainly doubt there were 100's) I contacted a Pest company and they told me what to buy and how to apply the gel. The "guest" called me a liar, yelled at me, wrote nasty emails and complained frequently. I even had Pest Company talk to her and explain the process of pest removal. I offered them a FULL REFUND and asked them to leave since they weren't happy, and I did not appreciate her attitude, or being called a liar. The husband and wife had a shouting argument in my presence, and the husband wanted to stay. I wish they had left, as when they departed, the bathrooms were filthy, they damaged some furniture, and although I specifically showed her how to empty the laundry lint filter, she never did, which could have been a fire hazard. The heating bill was 3 times the norm, as they had it set to 85 degrees and yet we were having a heat wave for the winter. Sadly, after they departed my neighbors complained to me and said the children ran up and down the halls, the unit below said they made lots of noise in my unit, and that the woman would scream and turn her back when she would see a person with a dog, since she didn't like dogs, and it was a little 12 pound dog. I am most hopeful that my future guest will be as nice as my previous guests have been. Unfortunately, this family was not a good choice for me. If future guests have any concerns in advance, I will be happy to respond or answer any questions. Thank you

Beautiful complex, centrally located, responsive owner

My husband and I leased this property for three months. We travel extensively, and we know a good rental when we see one. We enjoyed everything about this one. Here are the highlights: (1) pictures are true - what you see is what you get & all sparkling clean; (2) lots of extras - good towels, good linens, nicely equipped kitchen, really nice outdoor grill on balcony; a desk added to the master bedroom which could double as a make-up station (3) Centrally located means: 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from LaJolla; 10 minutes from Mission Beach; 15 minutes from Balboa Park; 5 minutes from Fashion Valley Mall (4) Complex amenities are all nice, convenient to the condo and well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. This place is a winner, and we won't hesitate to return here.

Enjoy the hiking trails, jogging trails, and beach front walks. Drive up north to more great beaches and if you want to visit LA it's only 117 miles away! Disneyland is only 93 miles away!! If you want to go South and head to Tiajuana, it's only 21 miles away. Catalina Island is 75 miles away, and there are ferries and planes to get you there !!
