This luxury ski in/ski out end-unit townhome in Saddle Ridge is located slopeside at the Pony Express lift. The Pony Express lift, shared by both Big Sky and Moonlight Basin, offers individual or combined lift tickets for both ski areas. There are 5300 acres of sheer skiing enjoyment at one’s disposal. For lift ticket value coupled with light crowds, Moonlight is an extraordinary experience.

This astonishing three bedroom, three and a half bath sports the finest of everything: fully furnished rooms with accompaniments that not only add character but also deliver on deep engaging comfort, breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys from all windows, and ski-in / ski-out convenience. After a long day of skiing or hiking, one can enjoy the scenic views of Big Sky, Moonlight Basin and Lone Peak Mountain while relaxing in the soothing comforts of our outdoor hot tub, or relaxing in the massage chair. The unit has two large decks and allows for outdoor dining during our warm summer months.

With over 2,100 square feet of comfortable space, this home feels cozy and inviting. Tucked upstairs, the master bedroom offers a quiet, serene escape from the activities experienced during the course of the day. The master bedroom is home to a beautifully carved sleigh bed, a reading nook that duals as a sleeping niche, a master bath with full shower and a walk-in closet.

The two additional bedrooms, located downstairs, offer both privacy and comfort.

The first bedroom, highly spacious, has a large walk-out deck and in suite bathroom with both shower and bath. In addition, this bedroom contains a functional day bed with trundle. The second bedroom hosts queen bunk beds with a very spacious in suite bathroom that contains a shower. The main floor hosts a beautifully appointed living room with dining area and a gourmet kitchen. This is an ideal getaway for families and friends. We are proud to offer you our exceptionally clean, professionally decorated home for you to enjoy!

Many rentals in the area attest to be ski-in, ski-out venues. However, this is rarely the case. Often times, a sea of obstacles makes the trip to the lift rather cumbersome. Our back patio is truly adjoined to the hill that leads immediately to the ski lift. Simply attach your skis and shimmy down the bunny hill – your ski lift will be waiting. It is literally seconds away from our back patio.

In addition to all of the aforementioned, The Moonlight Basin lodge is just steps away. There you can enjoy the bar for some Après ski appetizers, or the First class dining room for some hearty entrees.

The Tracy's

When our kids were little, we started a family tradition of skiing over the Christmas holiday. We skied Minnesota, Colorado and Big Sky. In 2006 we stayed in Moonlight Basin and fell in love. We bought our home that week! We couldn't ask for more convenience when it comes to skiing. We put our skis on at our patio door (which is on the ski path from the lodge), and ski down to the Pony Express lift. When we are ready to come home, we ski the Powder Ridge run, shoot right past the lodge and follow the ski path back to our sliding door. Although we feel that our home has many perks, our favorite is being able to actually ski in and out from our patio.

Our unit is in the most recent phase of development in Saddle Ridge. This unit was professionally decorated, and we keep the house stocked with every amenity our guests could possibly need. We make multiple trips to the house throughout the year, to maintain it and keep it up to date.

We live in Minnesota, but our daughter does all of the rental bookings/marketing for us. She lived in Chicago for a number of years, but recently moved to the east coast. So, if you have a few contact names and numbers, that’s why!

Although the Big Sky winters brought us to Montana, we truly enjoy every season out here. Our family makes about 6 trips a year, and regardless of the season, it's always beautiful. No matter what time of year, there are plenty of outdoor activities and wildlife to enjoy.

We work with a local management company to care for our home, and make sure our guests have a fantastic stay, even if we are a few states away.

Our visit to Big Sky exceeded all expectations. The condo has breathtaking views, close proximity to hiking and wildlife. The Tracy's supply everything and more to assure a very comfortable stay. Would return in a heartbeat!
