Perfect place to enjoy Edinburgh
The whole experience was trouble free with accurate information. The situation just near the castle meant we were only a short (ish) walk to all the main venues at the Fringe Festival. The apartment was clean and comfortable and quite quiet considering its location. (Apart from the Tattoo noise of course but that was to be expected)..
Excellent Edinburgh property
Place is spacious and within walking distance of many notable Edinburgh locations. Host and location were both wonderful.

Brilliant location a short walk from top tourist sites. Comfortable and spacious with everything for a longer stay
Amazing Flat in Super Location
This flat is in a very convenient but quiet location. Our two week stay was very enjoyable. We were able to easily walk to all key locations and the Tram and Trains were within easy walking location. We were two blocks from a Hop On Hop Off bus stop for the red and green lines. The flat is appointed very nicely including the kitchen. A Sainsbury is just one block away, as well as a nice bakery 1/2 block. The owner and flat manager were very responsive and I highly recommend a stay.
The property was well maintained and had easy access to everything in town. We felt comfortable there like our own house.
This flat is very large, clean, and the property manager and owner were very accommodating.
Great location for Edinburgh. 5 min walk to grass market. Castle is about 10 min walk up the hill. There is a paid park across the street if needed. The place was very spacious and clean. It was also very easy to get into. Owner was great to deal with. I would recommend this place

This attractive property is located in the historic Old Town district at the foot of Edinburgh Castle. Steeped in some of Edinburgh’s greatest history. The Grassmarket is only minutes walk away from the apartment and to the popular Royal Mile. The apartment is conveniently located for Lothian Road which has a wide and varied range of amenities including shops, restaurants, bars and bistros. Stroll along the old George IV Bridge, where you’ll meet the famous Greyfriars Bobby, before walking through some of Edinburgh’s oldest and most photographed streets including Candlemaker Row, Victoria Street, West Port and our famous view of the great Edinburgh Castle. A vibrant and popular meeting place for visitors and locals alike, you can soak up the medieval atmosphere and enjoy its splendid views of the nearby castle. The area is well served by buses, the new City tram service and an express bus runs from Waverley Station to Edinburgh International Airport. The railways stations of Waverley and Haymarket
This incredibly beautiful city is easy to explore on foot. Princes Street, The Royal Mile and the lively Grassmarket are a few minutes walk away. For outlying attractions (The Royal Yacht Britannia, The Botanic Gardens, Dynamic Earth etc) the hop on hop off tourist bus stops a few metres away. Every Saturday there is a farmers' in Castle Terrace. This will satisfy anyone wishing to taste Scottish fare with porridge, croissants, bacon and Angus beef burgers and cheese to sample. If more serious self catering is on the agenda you will find Scottish cheeses, venison, fresh fish and seafood, smoked salmon and haddock, Aberdeen Angus Beef, lamb and mutton.
The nearby restaurants and bars are too numerous to mention and will suit every taste and pocket.. The Castle Terrace Michelin starred restaurant is just next door, the Usher Hall and theatres just behind the apartment. Despite their close vicinity you will get a good night's sleep as the location of the apartment is not on a main thoroughfare for traffic or revellers.
