Why Tim Rygg chose Frisco
My wife insisted on a ground floor condo and I wanted the condo to be walking distance to town and on a bus route to the ski resorts. Not only does this meet our requirements, it is also a nice community and well run complex with great amenities.

Well Priced and Extremely Well Stocked
We have stayed at 10 Mile in a number of different units, and Tim's is the best stocked and labeled - spices, cooking/baking staples, many dishes/cooking implements/appliances, fireplace supplies, microwave popcorn, laundry detergent, lotions/soaps; basically anything you might have forgotten to pack is probably waiting for you in one cabinet or another. My 9 yo son slept in the bunk cot and was comfortable, while my 14 yo daughter used the larger bed in the second bedroom. Two humidifiers to keep the air moist. Sleep number bed in the master. First floor unit so no stairs to climb after a long day on the slopes; walking distance to the Summit Stage bus stop at the corner of Creekside & Main to get up to Copper without using your car (second to last stop on Main, so plan to stand for the 10 minute ride up; second stop on the trip down, so less time on your feet during the return trip); access to the bike trail is just across the street from the bus stop; slightly longer walk to downtown Frisco - 10 minutes. Nice indoor pool with hot tub just across the parking lot; sauna takes a long time to warm up, but that is not Tim's fault; laundry room at the pool house, along with a large party room with television, couch, and kitchen facilities. Lots of phone charging outlets/devices. Not the largest unit in total square footage, but plenty of room for a family of four. Thanks Tim; we will be back when visiting Frisco.
