COTTAGE-2 Bed, 1 Bath - CABIN-1Bed, 1 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Active VRBO Listing since 2006 - The Cottage and the Cabin share a common dock and each have a 28' boat slip on the Pocket. There is one fixed bridge with approximately 7.5' clearance at Medium tide. The inlet is 15 minutes away at idle speed. Both of these units are located in a 4 acre privately owned compound, the dock is just 300 feet from the home with no roads to cross and no traffic. The Cottage and the Cabin are connected by a very large carport that has seating for dining or lounging. These Two units are rented as one rental unit (3 beds - 2 baths ONLY) during the winter season. In the 'Off-Season' (April-December) they can be rented together or ONLY one unit - either 'The Cabin' or 'The cottage'. The Cottage has 2 Bedrooms (1 king/1 queen), 1 Bath, Full Kitchen, Living Room with Dinning Area, Pantry/Office and Front Porch. The Cabin has 1 queen bedroom, 1 Bath, Living Room and a well equipped Galley Kitchen. Both units share a Large walled Patio with a Gas BBQ, a Spa, an outside shower, a separate Laundry Room and the covered Lanai with seating and tables.

This property is part of a 4+ acre parcel with 4 homes that we rent. Pati and I purchased in 2004. We always wanted to run a bed and breakfast but our other businesses got in the way. This was a good way to perhaps ease into it.

What makes this cottage unique

Pati and I live on site. Should you need anything we are here to service you. We pick up your trash and recyclables, have professional landscapers and service people routinely perform maintenance. We are a phone call away should something happen. Yet with 4 acres, you have plenty of privacy too.
