What makes this Apartment unique
We have renovated all three units at 319 Almond Street completely over a number of years. No surface, inside or out, was left unimproved, and hopefully the results of this deep remodel speak for themselves. You'll be able to enjoy your evenings relaxing on the patio, balcony, or cooking dinner with your family or friends in open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Inside you'll find plenty of room for up to six people to sleep comfortably while accommodating up to six people at the dinner table. With such close proximity to downtown Salt Lake City, no location is better suited for conveniently exploring all that this great city has to offer. From this safe and quiet street in the charming Marmalade Hill neighborhood, all the greatest neighborhoods, restaurants, activities and attractions along the Wasatch Front are within your reach.

Charming apartment living
We loved staying in this adorable apartment. We wanted a place that was bigger than a hotel room so the three of us could spread out and not be on top of each other. It is on the edge of a beautiful neighborhood, not quite in it, but really close. It had a great view and was really cozy. The owner is very responsive. We turned on the TV and the previous renter had messed up the input so it was not working. After he realized he could not help me over the phone he set up a call back with Comcast and they walked me through the remote. All fixed and our 14 year old was happy again. The kitchen had everything you could need and they supplied all the fluffy towels and soft linens. It is very convenient and close to down town.
super cool studio
Decor was awesome. Location was awesome. Very comfortable in a quaint, old neighborhood in Salt Lake City, close to the Capitol and walking distance to the City. It is a studio. Very small but was great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
For clarity, this review has mistakenly appeared on the review list for one of our two-bedroom apartments. Given that these reviews are for the benefit of potential future guests, it is important that I offer a correction to this review which could mislead potential future renters, and request an amendment to your review if possible.
A studio apartment is an all-in-one room apartment with no separate bedrooms. We do not own or rent any studio apartments. This guest originally reserved this two-bedroom unit, but due to a last minute change-up, ended up staying at another apartment of ours.
As a frequent SLC business traveler -- a great alternative, should have done this sooner!
Affordable, quiet, clean, newly remodeled and a very comfortable option to the grind of business travel and chain hotels. Charming neighborhood -- loved my hilly morning runs around the capitol and downtown sights. Would highly recommend. Only caution, not sure how the steep roads and alley access would work in winter conditions.
Cute apartment in quaint neighborhood
Excellent location- only a 15 minute walk to downtown or $6 uber ride. Close to capital. Very cute street and neighborhood. Apartment was clean and spacious. Nice deck outback. Would highly recommend!
Bright and Clean
We had a great experience and loved the space for our family. Very comfortable. Wished there was a fan in the bathroom and some counterspace, but the remodel is beautiful! Would stay here again!
Cute and convenient
Convenient location. Quaint, quiet neighborhood. The streets are narrow, though, and parking was tricky even with a compact car. I wouldn't even attempt parking a large van or suburban. The house had everything we needed, with clean, modern decor. We loved our stay here!
