The grand arch of the Las Mañanitas Complex gives way, slowly but surely, to a place like never before. Finally, in this wonderful compound, the doors to the unparalleled world of Los Cabos Luxury have opened. This, is unit B5.
Crème colored walls, almost devoid of paintings and hangings seem to perfectly capture the white floor tiles in its wonderful, simple array. To the left, a perfectly operational, fully equipped laundry room is at your service, even supplying flotation devices and pool towels for your enjoyment.
Down the hallway and to the right is the kitchen. This masterwork of granite stones and top-class appliances seems out of this world. The granite seems compacted sand from the beach just down below, and is interrupted only by the high gloss of the appliances. The cold steel breaking the cold stone. Dark wood cabinets seem to float above and rest below, making this a quite unique array of simplicity and taste. The bar stools that line up the counter-top are wrought from iron, and seem to be patiently waiting for your morning to begin.
Simple woodworks and small tables made from iron are all that there is in sight, and the dinner seems all the same transparent. The careful, beautiful ironworks in the glass top, round table have been perfectly chosen for this purpose. The six wooden chairs with their wood-weave seats and comfortable couches seem to contrast, yet draw no attention. And the why, is just outside the large windows and glass doors to the terrace.
The massive Ocean stretches as far as the eye can see, interrupted only by the corner of land that grows both to the right and the left. Engulfing the land, the gorgeous sapphire ocean struggles to climb over the soft colored sand. The light blue sky seems to hold down the grand Sea by the sheer weight of its beauty. Sunrises and Sunsets become spectacular, one of kind events, painted every day by the hands of the greatest artist.
The living room is as serene as the rest of this home. Three couches and a small table are all that there is, along with a sober entertainment center and a few nightstands around. Of course, there is a dinner outside.
The terrace seems to be devoted to nothing but the sea and the sky. The simplest of furniture, clothed in the most comfortable couches, make a four piece dinner, two seats perfect for gazing at the Ocean while having a drink, and two lounge chairs for peaceful relaxation. There is also a hot tub, for those fresh nights looking at the moon.
The guest bedroom is arrayed in similar fashion. Two full size beds dressed in blue, with iron headrests, and a quiet entertainment center seem to be all that is inside. The mirror sliding doors hide the closet, and a soft wooden door provides access to the bathroom. The granite countertop matches the one in the kitchen, and the glass shielded shower in soft marble tiles seems serene.
The Master Bedroom is on the other side of this wonderful piece. A white linen King size bed in a small wooden headrest and palm skin carving, traditional to this side of the world, along with two night stands, are all that adorns this room. The large windowed doors give way to a private terrace, special for those romantic moments of isolation with nothing but the moon to look at you. The entertainment center and drawers, both in natural woods, seem to be absorbed by the rest of this place.
The hall that guides to the master bath is out of this world. The large, mirror-hidden closet faces a double sink in granite countertop, and the large one-piece mirror that sits atop creates an infinity effect with the double doors. Upon entering is the hot tub. The stone tiles that line up waist high encase the white tub in what seems to be a more natural piece, carved out of the stone. To the left is the shower, with a neck high window in arch, so that you may look at the beach, and feel protected and private at the same time. Books and magazines are available for avid readers.
