The kitchen has everything you’ll need for easy meal prep, including a coffee pot for your morning brew. Pick up fresh ingredients from the Ski Run Farmers’ Market (every Friday during summer months) and craft a family meal to remember. Then gather at the six-seat dining table for a feast.
A fenced backyard and deck area offer outdoor space for entertaining.
The master bedroom has a full-size bed with a memory foam mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The two guest rooms also have full-size beds with memory foam mattresses. A shared bathroom off the hall has a tub/shower combination and a full washer/dryer, making it a snap to wash wet beach or ski gear.
Additional amenities include two driveway parking spots, two bikes, and beach chairs.
This home is located on a quiet street in South Lake Tahoe. Walk to the beach to swim. Or take the bikes for a ride to Camp Richardson. When hunger strikes, you’re just a 10-minute walk to a variety of restaurants, including Taqueria Jalisco, Rojo’s Tavern, and Sprouts Café.
The shops and restaurants at the Heavenly Village, as well as the casinos, are only a 10-minute drive.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 6 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If a hot tub is available, there can be no use after 10 PM. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed unless specifically noted in listing.
