The home, which is declared historically significant to the town, is decorated simply and elegantly, accentuating the many unique architectural features throughout. This is a superb year-round retreat, with close access to the three public beaches and community festivals in the summer, hiking trails to explore the fall colours and spring flowers, and two fireplaces for cozy winter nights.
The Annex Cottage has two bedrooms with queen beds, and a sofa bed in a private sun room. All linens are provided for your convenience, and laundry is available on-site.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with staples. There are dining areas in the kitchen, deck, and formal dining room - with room enough to comfortably host eight. Lounge on the front glassed porch, living room, or sun room which overlooks the secluded garden.
