ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE
The second floor has an open floor plan that includes the living and dining areas as well as the kitchen. Unwind after your days exploring Seattle and sink into the plush sofa or love seat and watch a show on the 44” TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances that include a gas range, dishwasher, and French-door fridge/freezer with a water dispenser on the door. Up to six people can enjoy a meal around the dining room table just off the kitchen.
Take advantage of the outdoor space—throw some steaks and veggies on the propane grill located on the back patio on the ground level. With a table and seating for six, your group can enjoy the ocean breeze while gathered for dinner.
There are two bedrooms on the third floor. The first features a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed with trundle underneath; the en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor off of the common area that includes a chair, a piano, and access to the outdoor area. The bedroom features a king-size bed and a closet. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination just off of the common area.
Amenities include a washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi. Reserved off-street parking is available behind the house.
You are just one block away from Green Lake Park with its lovely open spaces, tennis courts, and Green Lake Trail. Rent a paddle boat or kayak and spend some time on the water, or simply walk the trail and take in the views.
If you are a Huskies fan, you will love the fact that the home is just two miles from the University of Washington campus and its athletic centers.
You will have no trouble finding food, libations, and entertainment within walking distance. Along Woodlawn Avenue you will find a great variety of fare—from Greek and Italian to Thai and fish & chips.
The Latona Pub is just minutes away and features craft beer, wine and cider, and live jazz music. Or head over to Die Bierstube, a German-themed pub with pretzels and beer. Check out Portage Bay Café for a brunch of pancakes and French toast or Beth’s Café for a classic American diner experience.
Enjoy Seattle’s cultural scene and catch a show at the Seattle Public Theater just on the other side of the lake.
