As a courtesy to guests coming in or departing the unit, firm check in time is 3:00 p.m., and firm check out time is 11:00 a.m. If you need earlier check in or later check out, please book an extra day for your own comfort and convenience.
No furniture moving allowed in the unit at all. Damage to flooring from any guest furniture moves will be at full repair cost.This Penthouse is fully stocked with linens and towels, is non-smoking and is not handicapped accessible. There is parking on the street if available and there is a paid parking lot across the street. All condos/units are individually owned and the building is maintained by a Home Owner Association that may schedule annual interior and/or exterior maintenance. Property Manager has no control over the scheduling, disturbances, pool or lanai closures, or any other disturbances. Property Manager will always do their best to notify Guest of any issues that they are made aware of that may affect the Guest's stay, but Property Manager can not be held responsible for any inconvenience associated with that noted above. Property Manager will not be responsible for any refunds or relocations in such an event.
As of January 2018, the Transient Accommodation Tax increases from 9.25% to 10.25% bringing the total tax rate to 14.96%.
