This beautiful newly renovated penthouse suite, located in the Hawaiian King Condo Hotel, is in the heart of Waikiki. This suite has just had over $200,000 in renovations. Access to the penthouse is by private elevator key only, which will be issued to you upon check-in. This centrally located suite is within walking distance to everything in Waikiki. If your looking for a large, spacious suite for you and your family to enjoy your vacation, this penthouse is the place. This suite sleeps 8 to 12 people comfortably, has 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and in-suite laundry facilities. The first bedroom offers a queen sized bed, and a 50" TV. The second bedroom offers two full sized beds, a 50" TV, and it's own private lanai. The master suite offers a king sized bed, a 50" TV, and a private master bath. The large kitchen provides everything needed to cook dinner for your family and guests. The main living area has a gorgeous pacific coral fireplace, and a 70" TV. Truly a great place to unwind and catch a movie at the end of the day. The private oversized rooftop lanai has ample seating for everyone to dine in or to just sit back and enjoy the beautiful skyline. While staying at this lovely penthouse, be prepared to enjoy your vacation by immersing yourself into island traditions and being amazed by the lush and tropical mountains of the islands. This unit and lanai is 2,836 square feet of space.

The Hawaiian King courtyard provides a pool with true Hawaiian landscaping of lush tropical island plants, Plumeria trees, monkey pod trees and tiki torches. This enclosed courtyard is the perfect place to relax with a cool tropical cocktail, or to take a refreshing dip in the pool. The courtyard not only provides pure comfort and relaxation, the beautiful atmosphere provides a glimpse of the Hawaiian lifestyle of days past. If you would like to grab a beer and catch a ballgame, don't forget to visit the tropical little bar located in the lobby.

The Hawaiian King is located conveniently right around the corner from the new International Marketplace, which provides world class shopping, dining and nightly entertainment. If an outdoor adventure is what your looking for, the bus stop is right down the street and travels to all aspects of the island. Don't forget, there is even a beautiful fireworks show at the beach every friday night.

The unit is NON-SMOKING both indoor and on the lanai.

There is no parking on site or next to the building There is one free parking space, key card access, located a little over a block away in a covered parking area. The parking garage has a vehicle height limit of 6'3". The Additional parking needed may be available for cost in metered lots on the block or with the parking company at the Island Colony Hotel down the street.

As a courtesy to guests coming in or departing the unit, firm check in time is 3:00 p.m., and firm check out time is 11:00 a.m. If you need earlier check in or later check out, please book an extra day for your own comfort and convenience.

No furniture moving allowed in the unit at all. Damage to flooring from any guest furniture moves will be at full repair cost.This Penthouse is fully stocked with linens and towels, is non-smoking and is not handicapped accessible. There is parking on the street if available and there is a paid parking lot across the street. All condos/units are individually owned and the building is maintained by a Home Owner Association that may schedule annual interior and/or exterior maintenance. Property Manager has no control over the scheduling, disturbances, pool or lanai closures, or any other disturbances. Property Manager will always do their best to notify Guest of any issues that they are made aware of that may affect the Guest's stay, but Property Manager can not be held responsible for any inconvenience associated with that noted above. Property Manager will not be responsible for any refunds or relocations in such an event.

As of January 2018, the Transient Accommodation Tax increases from 9.25% to 10.25% bringing the total tax rate to 14.96%.

There is a local bar and convenience store on the first floor adjacent to the lobby that is regularly used by locals.

Not a good experience and expensive. Not recommended. Will not stay again!!!

Close to lot of things and good space for 12 people. Manager, Rochelle, was great to our early check in wish.

However, it is terrible atmosphere.

Bottom floors are convenience store and a bar.

Smokers and noise from bar carry up to the condo through single pane windows. It is not filtering any noise from out side. Drunks from bar scream just about all night long and and every night of our entire stay. No ac in the living area and no drapes to cover the sun. It get very hot. I will not recommend this condo.

Awesome vacation in Hawaii

Family Arun had an amazing stay at this place. As a big family of 10, including two seniors, 4 children aged 3-18, your home was indeed the perfect place for a vacation.

What we liked :

Brad and Dessie were so warm and courteous, always looking to help us during our stay.

The location of the penthouse is awesome with the beach and the international mall just blocks away.

The small things in the apartment like the dining table, the patio was a favorite place for our family to have that hot cup of coffee at 8.00 am.

The baths were fully stocked and my son loved the ' branded' perfumes :-)

The kitchen was awesome and we were indeed lucky to inaugurate the new appliances like the rice cooker and smoothie blender.

In all, a big Mahalo to all of you!
