Beautiful Townhome in great location

This apartment is perfect for your temporary stay in Portland.

It is completely renovated and decorated to a high standard. The downstairs has a living room, dining area and kitchen. It is all open concept and also has access to a lovely private landscaped patio area.

There are hardwood floors in the entire townhome. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, and is filled with lovely and practical furniture. It has a rustic but uncluttered feel. There is a dining room table which seats four but can be expanded to seat six.

The kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The counters are quartz and there is a tile backsplash. All cookware, glassware, dishes and cutlery is included.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms. One has a queen sized bed and the other has a very comfortable sleeper sofa. It is currently set up as a TV room. Bedding is included for both bedrooms.

The bathroom is also completely remodeled and is spacious and lovely. Towels are included.

There is a separate lockable storage space on site and a designated parking spot is included. Off-street parking in NW Portland is highly desirable.

All of the shops and restaurants are a short walk from the townhome. There is easy freeway access to I-405 and also to bus lines and the Streetcar. You can walk to Trader Joe's and Fred Meyer.

WiFi is included in the rent as are all utilities.

There is air conditioning as well.

We absolutely loved this home, and would have stayed longer if available. The location is great - easy access to NW shops and restaurants, Pearl District and an easy Trolley ride to downtown Portland.

Northwest Portland is one of the most vibrant areas in Portland. It is filled with boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. Trader Joe's, Fred Meyer and New Seasons are all within walking distance for all grocery and household needs. You can walk to downtown and the Pearl District to enjoy all the cultural opportunities and more shopping and eating. Public transportation is great with buses, streetcar and light rail all close by.
