We have lived in the home for over 14 years and love the neighborhood. Your apartment has one bedroom with king size bed, two bedrooms each with queen size beds, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. We are 2 short blocks from the Fresh Market grocery and within walking distance of many local bars and restaurants including famous Commander's Palace. Just steps away from parades and streetcar. Our home is patrolled by Garden District Security. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our Southern hospitality. Bring your bikes, mardi gras ladders, festival chairs, and store inside your locked foyer. We are here to make your New Orleans vacation one to remember! We had three couples and the location and property were a great fit! The house was clean and just as the pictures described. We would definitely book it again!
Great Home in Garden District
Our group had a great time in Joelle's home. It's in a great location - not too far from restaurants, shops, and bars as well as close to the streetcar stop. The keyless entry pads made it very easy and convenient if we wanted to split up. Joelle was very accommodating and helpful during the time leading up to the trip as well as while we were there. beautiful home with great front balcony!
Perfect location! Lots of space.
This apartment is in the perfect location in the heart of the beautiful Garden District. Walking distance to so many things, including the St. Charles streetcar line, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is quite roomy, but could use a bit more furniture, such as more seating in the living room, some bedside tables, and suitcase stands. Although there was construction on both of the streets around us (front and side), we were not disturbed by noise and were able to park on the side street easily. The two tiny kitchens are adequate, but not well-equipped for feeding a group. Our hostess was very responsive to questions and texts.

This was the perfect place for our growing family with plenty of room to spread out. We recommend it for anyone looking for a nice quiet but convenient neighborhood. We put our 4 children (two teens, 14 & 16, and two pre-teens) on one side with their own bathroom and had the other side with a separate bath all to ourselves. Beds were comfortable for everyone. We especially liked resting on the balcony after our busy days. There are many local restaurants nearby, but we especially enjoyed the smoked hambergers at Saucy's- a few blocks down Magazine Street but still within walking distance. Everyone loved Audubon Zoo, strolling, and shopping nearby.
