Located on the ocean block of New Jersey Avenue, you can access the beach and boardwalk without crossing the street! The house boasts new carpet throughout, new stainless appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, and cable TV and wifi. Families and friends alike will enjoy the reverse-living layout with an open floorplan. The upstairs main living space provides a beautifully redone kitchen, with seating for 9 (a 6-person dining table and 3 bar stools at the counter). Open to the kitchen, the family room has a full-size pull-out couch and sliding glass door that accesses a second-story balcony. Two bedrooms are located upstairs (one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds), as well as a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs provides guests with another bedroom (two twin beds), a twin-sized daybed, and a bathroom with shower. The downstairs sliding glass door leads to the back deck with an enclosed outside shower and a grill. The house provides off-street parking and plenty of closet space. Home sleeps a total of 9 people. No pets and no smoking. Pillows and comforters are included; sheets and towels are not provided. Only Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the summer high season. Act fast before the best summer weeks are taken!

Disappointing for Price
Overall, the unit was disappointing for the price paid. The location is one block from the boardwalk but two blocks to get onto the beach. The home was sparsely furnished with no coffee table or end tables in living room. Window treatments were broken and very cheap. Kitchen appliances were new and nice but cabinets were old. Appointments like flatware, glasses, coffee mugs were very small and cheap. Mattress protectors were very cheap and made of a fabric like a baby’s rubber pants - awful. Bed spreads were horrible - worn out and pilled. Garbage and recycling cans were locked away in garage and inaccessible until we emailed owner. No garbage bags or any other kitchen supplies like dishwasher soap were furnished.

Right by 35 North, beach block, great place, all modern appliances, central air, balcony, cable and wi-fi. Recommended.
Great location, clean and well maintained townhouse
The unit is at the corner of Grand Central and New Jersey Avenue. It's great because you don't have to cross any streets to get to the beach (particularly Rt. 35). You can fit at least 3 cars off the street in the driveway area of the unit and there is on street parking in the area, it's easier to find a spot before 10am.
The set up has a bedroom and bonus day bed along with a bathroom downstairs and the other bedrooms, kitchen/dining area and living room upstairs. The balcony gets nice ocean breezes throughout the day and if it gets really hot, the A/C works great. The washer and dryer downstairs is convenient and the grill works well (cooks fast).
The beach in the area is great! Not too crowded, family friendly and an easy walk from the unit. To buy a weekly badge, go to the municipal building (a few blocks north). They are open 9am-3pm every day and it is $30 for a weekly badge. They expire on Fridays, but they allow you to use them on Saturdays.
Colonial Bakery across the street is a must! They open early and have great bread, pastries (great cannolis). Meg's is a short walk north on 35 and is a good breakfast place.
