Perched on the 10th floor of the Vacationland community, this space puts you just steps from the beach, a short walk from dining options, and less than half-a-mile from the fun at Daytona Beach Pier.
Take the elevator up to the 10th floor and into your casual beachfront condo. Kick your shoes off and surf the cable channels on the brand-new 4K resolution flatscreen HDTV. If you can't find what you're looking for, then log into your personal Netflix account, grab some popcorn, and start your binge watching!
Pop the tops on a couple of cold brews and head out onto the ocean-view balcony while the private washer/dryer takes care of the dirty laundry. From the balcony, you have perfect seats for the free concerts and fireworks display every Friday and Saturday night or watch the kids play in the lazy river and pool right from your balcony as well! Connect to the free WiFi to snap a few pictures of your view for your social media accounts, and then head back inside to the comfort of the central A/C.
When hunger hits, the fully equipped kitchen boasts all the major appliances needed to help you whip up a dish that will make every hungry guest happy. After dinner, break out the provided board games and keep the party going into the evening.
This one bedroom, one-bath home will accommodate up to four guests. Bask in the comfort of a plush king-size bed, plenty of storage, and a flatscreen TV. At the end of a long day, soak in the stress-melting Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.
Wake up and get your gear for a quick workout in the onsite fitness center. Do some yoga to stretch out and then spend the day at one of the six different pools. Featuring a lazy river to float the day away, one pool with an interactive aquatic island playground for the kids, and three outdoor heated pools, fun in the sun will always be an option.
Book a special package at the Vacation Therapy Spa, then head down to the beach to play on the pedestrian-only beach, which is perfect for the kids. Take the quick half-mile walk to the attractions at the Daytona Beach Pier. Fly down the roller coasters, play the games, and treat yourself to something sweet before heading back to your place for a game of billiards in the community rec room.
With amenities that will make the vacation fun for the whole family, and a setting that is second to none, this Florida home puts you right in the heart of the beach-side action!

Room as described and direct ocean front location
Everything is perfect except beach towels policy at front desk. Check in was quick and easy and on time. Wasn’t bothered at all to sign up timeshare or anything like that, they was one of my concern from reading other reviews before arriving. Went in and out parking garage for 4 days and always was able to find a parking space. If you bring hightop conversion van be prepared to park across the street for Extra fee I think $20 a Day .
Daytona in March can be cold. Bike week is in March. Spring breakers will be there in abundance from March to April. Most security are very nice. Hotel clean with lots of amenities. Tons of places to eat. Check-in with Vacasa was a nightmare as was the booking process with all the emails at midnight to 3am. They continually lost forms I sent over and over.
Property was what we were expecting and in resemblance of pics.
Property of complex had lots to offer with great ocean view, pools, workout room, pool side bar.
Room was great with amenities. Negatives I'd say was that kitchen area tiles have a lot of cracks and can catch a toe sometimes. Would be easy to fix. Patio seats have some type of stains or mold on them. I'd stay there again, but not in March can be quite cold.
We will check the patio seats. Thanks!
Nice location but the condo and the facilities are dated
I recognize location is everything when it comes to Daytona Beach, however, I expected the condo to be much nicer. The condo and the facilities at Oceanwalk are very dated. When it first opened it was first class but an update is long overdue.
The resort facilities are dated, but the condo itself went through renovations a few years ago. Thanks!
Great location dated facility and condo
I’ve been visiting Daytona for years and Oceanwalk especially. It was great when it was first opened. It was really first class. But updates are long overdue. The furniture in the condo was old and dated as was the condo overall. It reminds me of one of those $49 motels that are typical for Daytona Beach.
We are sorry to read about this guest's disappointment and will discuss this with the owner.
It’s a great day when you open up the balcony door & see the ocean waves
