Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first arrival, The Ulelah residence presented as dusty, broken dishwasher, soiled flatware, chipped and peeling cookware.. coffee pot growing mold. & questionable the bed linens were clean. Even dog toys on the floor in the living room. The repair staff replied quickly. About a week into our rental we discovered the oven door is loose and we could not get a signal on the tv in the living room. Because of the COVD19 no one could enter. That was not a problem for me. The home is decorated nicely and offers a convenient location. I have rented from Down Home for many years. The staff is open, friendly and efficient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay! Near Brownwood Square with lots of things to do. Property description was accurate and the home was spotless. Need a car to get to the management company to check in and out which was slightly inconvenient if you were flying in. They were very professional and maybe would have made other arrangements for check in/out if asked.
