Located on the northwest corner of The Classico, a 38-storey tower on West Pender Street, our 18th floor apartment has a spectacular view out over Coal Harbour and its marina towards the North Shore and the mountains. As soon as you walk in the door and see the vista through the living-room picture window, you will realize you are in a first-class unit. Whether you are on vacation or on business, you will totally enjoy the spaciousness and convenience of the apartment.

Our apartment is within easy walking distance of downtown Vancouver with all its major stores and the business world. The proximity of both offices and stores is an asset for both executives who would want quick and easy access to office buildings and those who love to shop. Stanley Park is also within walking distance and is a beautiful park to walk or cycle around or just simply sit on a bench and watch the world go by.

The Classico has a fitness centre, a good-sized swimming pool and hot tub, and sauna facilities along with both men's and women's change rooms. These facilities are to be found on the third floor and are for the use of all residents.

In addition, Classico has secure underground parking facilities available to all residents in the building. There is one parking stall assigned to our unit which is for the use of all our guests.

Access to the North Shore is over the Lions Gate Bridge or via the Seabus. All snowsports in the winter, and hiking and biking in the summer can be done at Grouse Mountain, Cypress Park or Seymour Mountain.

Whistler is one-and-a-half hour's drive away and is a most spectaclar and scenic drive. There are many trails to hike or bike in the summer and in the winter the ski-ing is memorable.

                                                          What a great find. The condo is really amazing. It is very centrally located and is wonderful for walks along the seawall. The views are outstanding. We greatly enjoyed watching seaplanes and cruise ships. We were 3 adults and found the condo very spacious. It is extremely well maintained, clean and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms have great storage space and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with all you could need should you wish to cook in. Tough choice with so many yummy restaurants close by. It is really easy to walk everywhere in downtown Vancouver. Public transit is also very near; sky train and Canada Line stations are quickly reached. Beautiful Stanley Park is approx 15 min walk or the bus passes by the building. In the other direction, head to Metrotown for a shopping spree. The website photos and description present a very clear, accurate picture of the condo. Communications with the owners were always prompt and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the condo. We definitely hope to be back. First timers using VRBO, the whole experience was a breeze.

                                                          We highly recommend this beautiful condo. It is truly a "bright, spacious apartment overlooking Coal Harbour." The view of Coal Harbour is an extra treat in the morning. The unit is equipped with a great coffee maker and coffee, and plenty of all you'd need to cook, wash clothes, relax. Everything was clean and tidy, and we had no problems (expect the TV was hard to figure out). There are lots of extras, like the work out room, pool, sauna, and a very kind property manager. We walked everywhere - - no car needed. We were in town 10 days for the World Cup, and felt at home. Highly recommend the Fat Badger, among other great nearby restaurants. This is the real deal

                                                          Was doing a bit of housekeeping and ran across our Spring Travel folder. Realized I had not submitted a review of our condo stay on VRBO. Loved our stay here. The views were amazing and from every window! We never tired of it. The owners were so nice and easy to work with. Accomodated our separate arrival times with key drop-off to our hotel. The condo was spotlessly clean and well furnished. Everything we needed was right there including plenty of bath towels, fully appointed kitchen, nice washer/dryer and great parking. Great location with easy walks to many eateries and sights. We liked the close proximity to the Urban Fare market and close distance to Stanley Park for the purpose of running. Also appreciated close proximity (cheap taxi ride or walk) to the port as we did an Alaskan cruise. We were two spunky over 50 couples.
