Cute home, great location
Nice location within walking distance of downtown and a short drive to the University.
House stunk of pet urine and the bedroom and bathroom are the same room.
It's to bad Joel didn't like the house. I have had 95% great reviews. I've had 6 people go through the house since he wrote about the odor and not one person noticed a thing.I don't think anyone could make him happy. Would not recommend to other owners.
Very comfortable and as advertised.
Quick drive to Main Street and shopping, restaurants ( once you get past realizing the home is on the fringe of an industrial area off 70 bypass); and the road and alleyway beside the home is mostly gravel. But it is worth ignoring this for the privacy and quietness of the home. The renovation inside has been done painstakingly and apparently lovingly. It is decorated well and the bed is comfortable. We would stay here again. The owner is kind and readily answers questions.
Perfect for me!!
I stayed at the home for 10 days. I was there for a mountain bike race. I was by myself and it was perfect for me. It had all the important things to me.....The bed was soft and nice, the bathroom and shower worked well. There are two big screen TVs and there were a ton of movie channels to chose from. The WiFi was easy to access and speedy enough for all I needed to do. The kitchen and appliances are a bit dated but everything worked perfectly and it had all I needed. The Keurig coffee maker was a bonus. Ron even supplied coffee pods! I used the washer and dryer and they were flawless as well. The house came with detergent and dryer sheets. There is an evap cooler in the kitchen and it kept the house plenty cool. It is a bit noisy but you can put it on low and can fall asleep easy enough. There was plenty of closet space, although there is no chest of drawers to put other clothes in. That was not a big deal to me. The back yard is very small but if you have a pet, it is big enough for them to go to the bathroom. The owner, Ron, was very accommodating. I had two bikes and he had no issue with me wheeling them inside the house. He also had plenty of extra soap, paper towel, toilet paper and even shampoo, deodorant, etc.
The house is conveniently located near Main street and about 1 mile from downtown. It is close to the Lunch Loop Trail head if you are a mountain biker.
I had shopped quite a bit for a home to rent near downtown Grand Junction. For the house, the convenience, and the price, you can't beat this place. Thanks Ron!!!
I appreciate all the nice things Mike had to say. I try to keep the house in nice shape, I don't live in Grand Junction so when I go to stay, I want it nice for myself. Thanks
Very cozy property in a central location
My family enjoyed this property, we would definitely stay there again.
Grand Junction house
Place was nice and convenient to downtown. However could use more kitchen items. Also an empty dresser would be nice. The address needs to be corrected.
