Our property is the perfect space for a quant romantic get away, girls' weekend, golfing trip, wedding party, honeymoon, traveling couples, and more. The historic home has 4 bedrooms; sleeps seven with two queen size beds and one queen size sleeper couch one twin sleeper couch plus a loft and garage with parking for 3 cars. Our attention to detail gives all four bedroom classic comfort with handsome wood floors, as well as, furniture and beds dressed with high-end linens. In the fully-appointed kitchen, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, range, microwave, farm sink, natural stone counter-top create and ideal spot for cooking, entertaining, and dining. The three full bathrooms have antique heart pine vanities and feature modern showers.

If you have ever been to Charleston, this location is premium, located at 18 Fulton Street, just a short walk to King Street where you will find some of the finest shopping and dinning the south has to offer. Located 1 block from Meeting street, 2 blocks from Market Street, 1/2 block from King Street, 1 block from Charleston Place and 9 blocks from the Charleston Marina. This location is prime.

This building from the early 1980's has a brand new interior decorated with the highest of standards and modern conveniences. Linens and towels are provided along with internet access, and a flat panel TV.

Once you arrive, you are so centrally located to all shopping, and fine dining in the The Holy City. This is the most sought after location out there and being in the middle of it all makes the biggest difference when you visit Charleston! Most everything is within walking distance. It is an experience, not a hotel room.

Staying in this property, you will be living like a local. The owner, will be more than glad to assist with arranging reservations at the most sought after restaurants and events (with prior request when possible).

Upon arrival you will be greeted and personally handed the keys to the house.

                                          This house was in the perfect location to park the car and walk to anything you need or want to see! It was very clean and comfortable for 5 adults, a toddler and infant. Jay the owner, was great to work with; accommodating, friendly with excellent recommendations for our vacation.                                           Cozy, clean, quiet and well-located townhouse with room for 3 cars to park off the street. We had trouble with the internet upon arrival and Jay was tenacious in resolving the issue with the cable company. Thanks Jay! All in all a comfortable and pleasant stay in Charleston.

                                          We have been to Charleston many times, and this was a great house. It is about a one minute walk to the middle of a great section of King Street, with lots of fantastic shops, art galleries, and restaurants very close by. No need to get in your car, and the parking garage is a real rarity in downtown Charleston. The house was in excellent shape, and very clean. There are a lot of stairs, which might be difficult for some (getting heavy suitcases up and down, etc.). The bedrooms are technically on the third floor, since the garage is the first floor. My only suggestion for the owner would be to put a real twin bed in the small bedroom (maybe even with a trundle), rather than a pullout sofa. It would be more comfortable, and there's no reason for anyone to sit in that room anyway, eliminating the need for the little sofa. Bathrooms are small but updated and nice. Our family of four stayed here and it worked out great. For coffee lovers, there are two great coffee shops within a five minute walk (Cafe Framboise and City Lights coffee.) Too many good restaurants to name!

                                          Location could not be any better, one block from popular King Street shopping district and walking distance to pretty much any of Charleston's greatest restaurants. Townhouse was clean and wonderfully updated. Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was small, so don't plan on cooking any complicated meals, but fine for have breakfast in house daily. Why cook when there's so many wonderful restaurants nearby! Great for sharing with other couples or bringing family as we did.
