Perfect for a couple visiting Newport.
Lovely home in a great location!
This property is within walking distance to nearly everything in Newport. We walked to the shops, restaurants, mansions and cliff walk. The home is beautifully renovated with a wonderful kitchen and bathroom and a cozy bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful place, great communication, great location, all the amenities
Great communication from the start. Found a spot right out front in a lovely neighborhood; we had a little trouble opening the door that first night, but everything else about our stay was easy, comfortable and convenient. We had no trouble finding free parking the following morning, near Tuoro Park. The unit is beautifully updated and decorated, and very well-maintained. We really appreciated that coffee, butter, milk, eggs, half-and-half and breakfast pastries were provided; the kitchen had a great coffee maker and everything you need for food prep. The bed was super-comfortable and had really nice bedding. Central air kept the place cool on very hot days - though it was a bit warmer than we wanted, at night. We were walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the Cliff Walk and the harbor, but the street is generally very quiet. The bathroom was beautiful, and it was great to have the washer and dryer right there. The shower was really nice - BUT - the whole bathroom floor got wet each time we used it, especially near the door. And it would have been helpful to have a toilet plunger - not the most powerful flush! We also had a little trouble getting cold drinking water from the tap, and the water had a chemical taste; so I would recommend keeping a Brita pitcher in the fridge, or getting a gallon of spring water.
Overall - we LOVED it. Very highly recommended. Thank you, Andrea!
Great Newport getaway!
This place was fabulous, exactly as pictured and described. Stones throw to the heart of Downtown Newport and Perfect host. Can’t wait to plan a trip back!
Lovely apartment in perfect location!
The location can't be beat if you're looking for walkability. It is very well-appointed, and Andrea takes it a step further with fresh pastries and eggs for breakfast. Great communication and very easy check-in/out. Highly recommend!
